We have been loyal for decades, but today’s order really was a miss. We ordered two full sized Pollo Mexicanos and we’re given small potatoes (not the full sized ones we are used to with Jason’s) and we ordered also a Better BLT, but instead of getting the usual sandwich with sliced bacon, the sandwich was just a mound of Bacon Bits. Not sure if this is the new norm for y’all, but we will probably look elsewhere from now on for Sandwiches and Potatoes. I’ve attached pictures too of our food. Y’all used to be our favorite go to, but for the price the quality hasn’t been living up to expectations.

Sat here waiting for a curbside order for 20 min only to find out their app doesn’t work. Well how am I supposed to know that? I did exactly what the sign said and waited. Maybe you should update your signs??? Or somehow make sure customers are aware there is no “curbside” at this location.

Overall a nice experience. Party of 2 on weekday at noon. Very crowded with the few tables that were available pretty dirty. Service was pretty quick considering the crowd. Decent portions for the price. Sandwiches were fresh (but the oil on the Italian almost tasted like it was going bad). You can never go wrong with the free cones.

Review for Jason’s Deli
I want to start by saying that I’ve always loved Jason’s Deli. The food is consistently good, the pricing is fair for what you get, and the complimentary ice cream and large salad bar are major perks that keep me coming back. That said, my recent visit left me feeling disappointed due to a handful of service issues that I feel need to be addressed.
From the moment I walked in, there was a noticeable lack of hospitality. No greeting, no smile—just a cold, almost annoyed demeanor from the team member who initially assisted me. I understand it was a busy time (the place was packed), but even during rush hours, customer service should still be a top priority. A simple “hello” or “we’ll be right with you” can go a long way in making guests feel welcomed.
After placing my order, the food took a reasonable amount of time to come out, but when it did, I was concerned to see that the employee delivering it was not wearing gloves, had no hairnet, and handled the plates with bare hands, fingers touching the rim of the dishes. In today’s world—especially in the food service industry—basic hygiene standards like glove use and hair coverings are not optional. They’re essential.
To add to that, my order was incorrect. There seemed to be a breakdown in communication, possibly from the young woman who took my order. I had to physically go back to the counter to explain the issue, and only then did they agree to remake the meal. While I appreciate that the staff corrected it promptly, it would have saved time and frustration if the order had been double-checked the first time around.
Despite these service and cleanliness concerns, I still have to give credit where it’s due. Jason’s Deli remains a favorite for its food quality. My sandwich (once corrected) was delicious and fresh. The salad bar is well-stocked with a wide variety of options, and the free soft-serve ice cream is a fun bonus that makes the experience feel a little more special. The environment—though hectic during busy hours—is generally clean, family-friendly, and well-maintained.
I really hope this location takes steps to improve their front-of-house training and food-handling protocols. I’d love to keep recommending Jason’s Deli to friends and family, but experiences like this make it hard to do so without hesitation. I know they’re capable of better, because I’ve experienced it before.

Been years since I’ve been to a Jason’s Deli.. Was craving a good Reuben sandwich tonight and they were on my way home so stopped in. Really good sandwich (didn’t disappoint) and excited to go back for the salad bar. Sucks when we forget a treasure like this place. Lol

I enjoyed my salad a lot but I am very disappointed that the egg was forgotten. That’s like my favorite part. I am new to town and was looking for a salad place and it’s sad this was gotten wrong on the first order. I get there were a lot of toppings, but never forget the egg! With that being said, the salad ingredients were fresh and delicious.

I had a terrible experience here today. I came in to pick up an online order set to be ready at 1135. I got there around 1140 to them looking rushed and overwhelmed (which is understandable at lunch rush). I gave my name and my order wasn’t ready yet. The lady then proceeded to wipe her nose with her hands, did not wash them and continued filling orders. I waited and watched other people come and go with their order and mine still wasn’t ready. At 12 I asked again and the very rude manager grabbed a bag and said someone called it out and i never came. I watched the other employee pack this bag and set it down and never called out a name. I was upset and walked out. A very sweet employee (not the manager) rushed after me and handed me 2 cookies and apologized for the experience. Now my soup is cold, my drinks are watery and I’m missing my chips. Terrible and rude manager!

Cory the manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND! My sister dropped me off at the hospital with my son, when I went to eat my salad I realized there was no dressing. He PERSONALLY drove and delivered me the dressing at the hospital!
