Window pickup.
Ok now let’s start from the beginning. I ordered a sandwich with chips and drink. My drink of choice was tea. Well first recieved my tea and took a sip straight away cause they are notorious for giving unsweetened tea. Tea was horrible, tasted as if it had soap in it,,,had my cousin taste it and she said it had an awful taste that she detected as well. So then when the cacawate came to the window we told her about the tea, she stated to us,”well we don’t drink the tea and with the water boil we flushed the system “..
Soooooo they are serving nasty tea water to customers???
Ok now get ready,,,yep,,,it about to go from bad to WORSE…
Window server came with my food and then we left.
I preceded to open my box which had my sandwich , wouldn’t you know it wasn’t made right,,,,ok they didn’t put lettuce like I requested,,,finished one half and preceded to start on other half, took one bite then noticed something wierd in my sandwich .
Yep, look at pictures, says it all. A BUG.
So Victoria know this if you get a item from this Jason’s deli, it might come with a in it!

The Salad Bar is Fabulous, everything was fresh and looked beautiful, very clean. My salad was delicious. Excellent Customer Service by Kanvis , very friendly and helpful.

The person at the counter taking orders was impatient with us and rude. The place wasn’t busy so I’m not sure why he was acting that way. The food was fine. We were just picking up a sandwich to share at the park and the food met our expectations.

Stopped at the Jason’s Deli in Victoria on way home. As is normally the case, had good experience. All 6 of us ordered something different, and service was quick and food was very good.
I will recommend walking the salad bar before you put anything on plate. There was so much I would have eaten had I not overloaded with lettuce and other toppings. I left myself no room.
Brocolli cheddar soup was so good. I asked for a bowl and should have just asked for the cup. Would have been more than enough.
Son got meatball roll and daughter meatballs and pasta. Both looked amazing. Youngest ordered a pepperoni pizza, and while they brought cheese…error was quickly corrected. My wife and out guest order manager’s special…soup and half sandwhich. No complaints and empty plates told me all was great.
How can you not like the free ice cream cone either!

Delivery wait time was at least 20 minutes sooner than expected!! Muffalata Sandwich arrived nice, warm and soft. Perfect! Would add photo,but we were hangry!!

I like the chicken panini and I was totally excited that they had their beef stew back. However, the beef stew is nothing like the old recipe that they had. I did not like their new beef stew and I prefer their old recipe. I’m so disappointed!

Top notch order, customer service, wait staff! The food was brought out hot!! Which I like, and pretty quickly! Restaurant was clean and plenty tables, booths!!

Their service and food is the best in town. I’m on hospice so can’t get out to shop or pickup. For me they’re a blessing. I am able to eat nutrious and best food. Thankful they deliver or I wouldn’t be able to enjoy delicious food. Friendliest staff. Can tell they love their job. !!!
