I you’re looking for something simple, this is the spot. The place was clean, the staff was kind, and it wasn’t crowded. we were the only customers there. I had an urgent situation before a board meeting, when I realized there was not enough food ordered. This quickly turned into an emergency and I needed two Signature Trays ordered and delivered as soon as possible. Mayra, the manager, completely saved the day!
She rushed my order, handled everything with professionalism and urgency, and made sure it was delivered right on time. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding, calm, kind, and incredibly efficient during a stressful moment.
I also want to give a huge thank you to the delivery driver (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name). She was amazing! She called and texted me to confirm delivery and kept me updated, which I truly appreciated. That level of communication and care made everything go so smoothly.
I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with the experience. Thank you to Mayra and the delivery team for turning what could have been a disaster into a success. Jason’s Deli is lucky to have you both!

Everything was truly top-tier , the ambiance was warm and inviting, the food was expertly prepared was a highlight! My all time favorite baked potato and starwberry short cake and the service was beyond compare.

I am very picky when it comes to breakfast. This is the only place that I can find that has good breakfast options and a drive-thru. If you’re in the mood for something a little different then I would recommend the Southwest breakfast wrap they use fried eggs instead of scrambled eggs, which is unexpected and surprisingly good. Also their sodas are always delicious and never flat. And the service is always good.

I Give Up. They just can’t get it right. Hot Pastrami & Swiss on rye. Pastrami & Bread Warm, but not toasted. 1st they bring it with cold bread. I ask them to please warm it, but NOT toast it. They bring it back toasted. Every. Time. This is not hard. I frequented Corky & Lenny’s in Cleveland & Carnegie Deli in NY (only in Vegas now). Never a problem. After I replied to your Mgr “No, my sandwich was not good”, he asked how can it be warm & not toasted? Really?

We had a problem with our order but the staff was apologetic and fixed the problem when we returned. It was so nice to receive a sincere apology and a free cookie! A lot of places can mess up an order and not acknowledge a mistake. Thanks Jason’s. The staff here is warm, gracious, and welcoming!

I have been to this location approximately 5 times since it opened. However, I frequently visit any Jason’s at least once a week. My last 3 visits have sucked. One visit I ordered a Texas style spud. I got a kid potatoe. They remade it later in the week and that was fine. The next visit, they forgot my side of Ranch AND bowl of soup. This time I ordered the Pollo and it was overloaded with cheese. I mean excessive. Can yall just stick to the recipe/portions? Jeeze. I’ve been wanting a Maverick wrap but I’m afraid either there’s noone at the location that knows what that is or they’ll completely mess that up too. I probably won’t be back.
All the stringy stuff in the photos is cheese not chicken. It’s like that throughout the whole potatoe.

Super disappointed since I am a faithful customer, not at this location.
Meat had a very weird taste to it, also lots of fat. It’s normally something I finish I couldn’t stomach the weird taste. Also left after taste.
First two tables I went to were dirty.
Young lady who took my order was awesome five starts for her, she was the highlight of this location.
Very disappointing for the location.
I will stick to the woodlands location for sure.
