I visited Jason’s Deli for the first time a couple days ago, and the cashier made the experience so easy. I believe her name was Doriane. She was not only extremely helpful in guiding me through the menu, but also incredibly kind and welcoming. On top of that, she was beautiful and had a great, friendly presence. Her patience and positive attitude made my first visit a great one. Excellent customer service! For sure would come again!

Shout out to Eva and some tall guy next to her bagging orders. What a team I like the way they communicated with each other. I was parked in front and was in a rush, they bagged my order fast and was able to leave before i could get a ticket. It’s hard to find parking when in downtown doing DoorDash and uber but due to Eva’s and her work i didn’t get a ticket my opinion best bagger Ive met yet.

I’ve patronized this establishment quite a bit since I started working in Downtown Houston. I must say the food especially that gumbo, is absolutely delicious. It has a unique flavor and taste that I have never had anywhere else outside of “Momma’ Kitchen.” The sandwiches and fruit cups are always freshly prepared and aesthetically pleasing. Lastly, the staff including Chris, Xenia, Jalesa and the Team in general have created an environment that is friendly and inviting. In these days and times that is paramount to the overall dining experience. Keep up the good work and see you soon!

I wanted to try a food place other than the ones in the tunnel and find out about Jason’s deli and I can honestly say that it didn’t disappoint. I believe that the name of cashier that helped me out is Doriane, she was very joyful and professional. I tried the gumbo and coming from a person from Louisiana it was pretty good.

My wife & I came for lunch during the rush hour & were amazed at how fast, & delicious the food was!! I had a Smokey Jack Panini & it was very good! So much that I didn’t get to take a picture of it because I ate it so fast. The staff was very friendly. Especially Eva whom handed us our food & greeted us coming in! Thank you Eva for your attentive attention to our order & great food! We will be back soon!

This is my second or 3rd time coming to this location for service and I have to reward the staff on their friendliness and smiles. The guy at the register was very patient with me, I don’t remember his name but he was the one in the middle of The other 2 cashiers (kinda the corner register) Jalisa (could be spelling that wrong) but the young lady with the pretty smile who was running and calling out the orders by To-Go was very effective and efficient in making sure everyone got all they requested while still holding your companies family- like standard ! Also lastly the tall manager with dreads always is super friendly and steadfast with assisting me and the other customers. I appreciate you guys you can’t beat that 5 star service !

My personal experience with Eva is that she always has friendly and welcoming attitude she is quick, and super helpful! She bags everything neatly and makes every visit to Jason’s Deli better for me. She’s honestly an outstanding customer who gives out the best service and an amazing attitude definitely being a standout employee.

I haven’t been to a Jason’s deli in a while but found out that downtown had one so I decided to try it out. I was welcomed very warmly and the cashier Dorian walked me through the menu and was very sweet. I had a great time and will be back!

Food was delicious, service was on point but the music was WAY too loud and very inappropriate. Not because it was spanish but it was regueton and I felt as if I was pushed to be at a bar/club with such atmosphere. If I go back, I would pick up to go or choose another place to meet up. Hope they can solve that before they loose more customers.

*Quick update: the managers offered me a free meal due to my previous experience and I ordered the Shelly’s Deli Chicken Sandwich. Much better than the bowl and I appreciate their initiative to make things right.
Went here for a quick work lunch. I had never been to Jason’s deli and I was excited they had healthy “bowls.” I ordered the modern med bowl with no cheese and pickled onions.
It looked good but the moment I took a bite of cold chicken, I instantly regretted my decision.
The chicken was not only refrigerator cold but hard and not tasty. The quinoa was unlike any quinoa I’ve ever tried and not in a good way. There was mostly lettuce with the toppings in small portions and the tomatoes were borderline bad.
I ate a few bites and had to throw it out. A waste of $13
