The Jason’s Deli experience is a solid middle-ground choice for a quick, hearty meal. I tried their classic sandwich, which came with a generous stack of ham and melted cheese, grilled to a nice golden crisp on the outside. The bread had a decent texture—crusty yet soft—and the filling was flavorful, though nothing groundbreaking. Paired with a side of ridged chips, it felt like a standard deli combo that hits the spot without much fuss. The portion size was satisfying, and the presentation on the plate was neat and simple.
The atmosphere inside was typical for a deli—casual and functional, with plenty of seating, though the tables could use a bit more attention to stay spotless. Service was average; staff were friendly enough but not particularly attentive. The price seemed fair for what you get, though it’s not a standout deal. Overall, it’s a reliable option if you’re craving a no-frills sandwich and chips, but don’t expect anything to blow you away. A decent 3.5 out of 5—good for a casual bite, but not a must-visit destination.

Came in for lunch with my boyfriend late Sunday. Walked in to a clean environment, plenty of seating and a very friendly smiling Staff member who took our order. The line Staff was super great and friendly as well! My boyfriend had the Ruben with the salad bar and I had the Managers Special with the Hot Sicilian sub and salad bar. First time trying the Sicilian and it was amazing! We love Jason’s Deli for their menu choices, salad bar and free dessert if you dine in!
We will definitely be back to this location!

Normally the food here is good, but…. we ordered a grilled cheese and Tomato soup… we literally peeled the sandwich apart trying to find the cheese…. there was at least 5x the cheese on top of the tomato soup. I could only taste wheat bread on this “sandwich” and couldn’t taste cheese at all. I took pictures of this sandwich peeled apart… hard to detect anything other than bread. Don’t order grilled cheese here.

Listen, is it the worst sandwich shop in America? No, I mean come on, free soft serve (when it’s working) at the end! But the food is literally meh. I had better in my elementary public school days, and it cost like 2 bucks.
I give it 2 stars because everyone DID go home full for the most part, although it took my growing boy multiple ice cream trips to reach an acceptable level of fill after consuming his children’s meal (he’s just turned 10).
My daughters picked through their food enough to be satisfied. $44 dollars later (asked for a tip as well and I said no) and I’ll say it’s sadly a last time for us. I think Mr. Mayer can provide delicious “meat” options for home made sandwiches, heck I can even toast them! And also, what is that in my hummus? I stopped eating it

I came in during lunch rush, very busy. Every employee was occupied, but doing very good at their job. I’d like to highlight one employee, whose name tag said Nancy, who is doing just an absolutely terrific job. She was running all over the place, on top of everything. She was helping with catering, taking people’s orders, taking orders to tables, taking orders to drivers outside, genuinely doing her best. I’ve worked in food before, and I know how hectic it can be. She was doing an amazing job of staying on top of everything, as was everyone else. I come to this location a lot, and they are never anything less than stellar.

I love Jason’s Deli. I buy my food there at least once a week. But twice now I’ve ordered food and they’ve forgotten something. The first time, I got home and realized it, so I had to go back. This time, I checked as I was leaving and went back, and I was still missing the side for my fruit and two extra sides of ranch dressing that they charged me for but didn’t include. The quality is excellent and the service is very friendly, but they really should pay more attention to the orders so nothing is missing.

Absolutely horrible location and size. The food gave me and my friend upset stomachs almost like we caught food poisoning. The only location that seems pretty good to me is the one in Arlington off I20.

Can’t say I’ve ever spent $11 on a sandwich this disappointing. The good news is I never will again ♂️.

I visited this location with my son @7:30pm on today, because his order was messed up from Saturday and was told to come back on the next visit to ask for a replacement. As soon as he approach the cashier and mentioned the replacement, she said we don’t do that. So, the manager on duty basically grilled him as if he was lying about the previous experience. So, she finally placed the order for his sandwich. I then ordered the Ruben manager’s special. She asked if we wanted a drink, so we both said “yes “, once she gave me the total, it was $19.24. I asked for what, the special is only $11.99, she said the drinks. We were like, you asked if you we’re making up the wrong order. Nevertheless, I paid. We waited for the food. The food came out, my cheddar and broccoli soup wasn’t hot. I started to eat my Ruben, no Thousand Island dressing, then when I put my sandwich down to eat the chips, a knat landed on my sandwich. I didn’t need a fork, but when I was going to eat the soup anyway, and the fork had left on food. Stopped eating and didn’t want to go back to request another sandwich because I was not pleased with the cashier and the manager’s attitude towards us from the start. Not only was the customer service was not good. The tables were not picked up. I do understand that you can be short staffed, and other factors from being in customer service, but it is no reason to not treat your customers with respect and no made to feel bad about your experience and not get the food you want. I left the restaurant, still hungry because of the bug on my food, and my money spent. I also work in customer service, and I treat my customers the way I want to be treated. Today, definitely didn’t feel like a valued customer. I will definitely not go back to that location, if any other locations. Very dissatisfied customer.

I think Jason’s Deli could do better with online order safety by adding protective seal stickers on drinks. It would give customers more peace of mind.
