I’ve usually had a good experience here, but I was very disappointed today when I got the Manager special and ordered the salmon sandwich for the first time and they brought me out a supposed half of a sandwich that was maybe an inch and a half to 2 inches wide. It looks so tiny I’ve even went back and told them I think they gave me a fourth of a sandwich and they said no that’s half of The sandwich. I said that is pathetic and you would pay $13 for a sandwich that is two of these tiny pieces. Don’t waste your money on the salmon sandwich. It’s a ridiculous size for the amount you’re being charged salmon or not.

I have been coming to this location specifically for 8 years and order pretty much the same items. One of those is the managers special with a half club Royale and the cup of pot pie soup with the puff pastry.
I have also frequented the Midtown (FTW) location for the past two years for lunch. And ordered the pot pie soup both ways cup or bowl. And always received the full puff pastry square. Sometimes order an extra one due to liking them so much.
NEVER and I mean NEVER have I received a “quarter” of the puff pastry for a cup of soup.
Has Jason’s really befallen on such hard times that they now offer an oversized crouton with a cup of pot pie soup? What an absolute joke.
And the best part about it was when I called to ask about it, the girl Kamesha or Lakeisha whatever her name was tried to say it has always been like that.
Uh NO MA’AM, IT HASNT and I’ve never seen you in all the 8 years I’ve been coming there, so good try. She then puts someone, who has only been there for 2 months, yes, Two MONTHS, on the phone to explain to me that it has always been that way… “well, at least as long as I’ve been here”, is what she says.

I love this location! I’m a big fan of the chipotle chicken Avacado sandwich and my food is always spectacular! Today I was running out of time for my lunch especially considering the lunch rush they get I was scared I would not have enough time to order and wait for my meal – well thankfully this location helped me from starving – I called placed a dine in order and sure enough they allowed me after checking in with their manager Monica- Monica thank you your the best ! The kitchen staff are so sweet and the lady’s in front who take your order are the best! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT JASONS DELI!

I was so disappointed, Hello my name is Sonya Dorsey, my husband and I visited the Jason’s deli at 1718 N Hwy 287, Mansfield Tx Store #193 on Sunday 9/15 at around 6 pm, we ordered 2 pasta dishes and 2 potatoes, 1 was a plain potato with bacon, and the other was a Polo Mexicana with light pico and extra butter, sour cream, when we got home and I opened my potato there was some disgusting black stuff in the potato, I immediately took pictures, made a video and called the store, the person who answered the phone was laughing and questioning me about the potato, this was an immediate red flag, I asked for a manager and the person hung up, I grabbed the potato and went back to the store, upon arriving, the person at the cash register was laughing when I walked in, so they knew who I was, today was game day and my husband had on a 49ers jersey, when I went to return the potato I had on my 49ers jersey, I have a sinking feeling that they messed up the order because of the Jerseys we had on. The pasta was disgusting and we threw it away, I do not appreciate having my food played with, I have pictures of the black substance and a video and I also started gagging from eating it before I realized what this stuff was in the potato. It is hard enough to eat out when we are afraid that people will tamper with your food, but even worse when they laugh and think its funny to tamper with food, I plan take this further, I would like a call concerning this and I feel that you all should investigate that store, this may cause a lawsuit in the future, and I am not happy about my food being tampered with for any reason. I paid a lot of money and I am totally not satisfied with the service or the food.

UPDATE: I was contacted by managing partner, she was very apologetic and she made me feel more comfortable about my experience, because of this I did change my rating, this is the only issue I have had with this store, so I will give them some grace, thanks to Ms. Mango, she was a true gem and I am happy that she contacted me to make it right.

First time dining at a Jason’s. While not my favorite genre of restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised. I was very satisfied with my food. The others in our group were all also very satisfied. I would definitely recommend Jason’s and specifically this location if you are in the mood for this genre. This facility was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I am.not sure why you have a breakfast menu if you are not going to serve it. Went thru the drive thru to order and sat for 3 minutes. I drove up to the window and didnt see anyone. I parked and went to the door and a girl opened the locked door. I asked are you serving breakfast? Uhhhh, yeah. I said is your drive thru open and she said we just got an $18000 truck we are trying to put up. I said well nevermind. I dont care if you got $20 truck. This is horrible customer service. You probably should just take thr breakfast menu down.

Wasn’t bad. I ordered the mod bowl and I wish I would’ve known it was going to be a cold bowl. I don’t like cold protein. The tortilla soup was good. Clean place though.

Absolutely love Jason’s Deli, however, this location has the dirtiest seating area. We visited right at 9pm on a Thursday. Literally every table not marked as closed, was dirty. We had to sit at a dirty table because we ordered to eat there. I guess they saw me taking pictures because just after that someone was cleaning the tables. Also, the gf was going to order soup and salad, but they limit the salad bar to one trip now). The multiple trips are the best part of the salad bar) no cornbread either. The food was good, although the portions were in the lower end, not as they used to be.

Jason’s deli has great menu choices and good prices. I ordered the Texas spud and it was not so great. The beef and barbecue were not what I expected. Not very tasty. I’ll stick with chicken next time. The ice cream is a extra bonus. Great staff and quick service.
