Overall Jason’s Deli is ok for a chain restaurant. The food was warm, not hot, and sort of bland. I had to add some cracked pepper to give it a little razzle dazzle. The portions were about on par for the cost, I left full and didn’t feel like I overpaid for that. My bowl of soup, half a sandwich with a side of chips and a water was about $20. I put 3 stars for service because there wasn’t much interaction between the staff and the patrons. When you walk in the order machines are right there to order on your own. The only human interaction I had was when they dropped my food off at the table, which some people would love while others actually enjoy being able to order what they want with a human being. Atmosphere is fantastic, its a big open space that doesnt feel crowded, its a new building so everything is clean and kept up really nice. The salad bar is lengthy with plenty of options which is a nice bonus. Overall, McAlister’s is still better in terms of chain sandwich shops like this. Its funny, this area had a Panera, Jason’s Deli, and McAlister’s right next to each other. Personally for me, McAlister’s is the best of the 3 (I gave them a review too if you want to go see it), then it’s here at Jason’s Deli then Panera would be last for me as Panera is smaller portions but more expensive. I will say, Jason’s Deli does have more soup options than McAlister’s, so if you want options come to Jason’s Deli, if you want knock your socks off flavor and quality, go to McAlister’s.

This place looks like they mop and clean like they’re supposed to. Im a stickler for clean restaurants and when I last went in the lady took the whole salad bar apart and was all up in there wiping and scrubbing and baby my whole heart fluttered . The service by the team is impeccable. They are friendly, helpful, give great recommendations as my first time visiting Jason’s was 3 weeks ago and i’ve already been about 12 times . This is my location and im proud to have this one near my home

New review. We came back with the extended family and everyone again had a great time. The wait staff came to check on an unclear order, which was nice.
Old review. I never noticed that the Jason’s deli location moved. We came here for dinner one weekend with the extended family and was pleasantly surprised at the newness of this facility. The food is just as good and while there is what appears to be a smaller staff, they were still very attentive and just as helpful as the old location. The space is smaller but it did not impact our experience at all. We usually come for the salad buffet but the rest of the orders for the kiddos came out fine. We will be back for more.

We really enjoy going to Jason’s Deli. It has been a while as what we like to get Leah couldn’t have while she was pregnant so it has been a while since we have been.
We got there and the staff was very nice and helpful. Gotta love that ice cream machine and my stacking skills.
The reason I am giving 3 stars instead of higher is the time it took to get our food. We ordered our food first and then a few minutes later my Mother-in-law did. She got her food pretty quickly, but it took over 10 minutes to get our food. She was nearly done by the time we got ours. I looked around and people who ordered afterwards got theirs before ours. We didn’t order anything complicated, just a sandwich. Just confused at this. The ingredients we very fresh and the sandwiched tasted awesome, especially since they changed the bread.
Other than that we enjoy this location normally.

We pulled in and were a lil confused because it’s not the typical Jason’s Deli. It’s much smaller and not as festive – almost like a knockoff of the real JD. I am asked the very kind young man behind the counter and he said there was a fire in the former building and so they had to relocate to this smaller space.
Regardless, the salad bar was fabulous and the Ruben fell apart like any week made Ruben should! It was great!

Oh my goodness. Who doesn’t love Jason’s Deli. This new location is so nice. Love the decor and atmosphere. As I walked in and went straight to the kiosk, the manager, Kevin greeted me and told me he’ll take my order so I walked to the front. When I go with my husband, I normally order the salad bar and soup but today I ordered a California Club with Broccoli cream soup. Yummy. Overall, I had a better than great experience. Everyone was nice and friendly especially the Manager, Kevin. I will definitely be back.

I always order ahead for catering delivery to our company office and Wayne is always the nicest guy! Always early or on time and is always on point with a good energy about him. We appreciate his service and always look forward to seeing him deliver the food. Our clients really enjoy when we cater Jason’s Deli!
