We ordered a few items to-go to be delivered to our hotel as we are in town for my father’s funeral. We got a call that they were out of the potato so we asked them to double our sandwich order. Once we got the delivery, we were pleasantly surprised that the potato was there! They had found the last one! Food is delish and huge servings!

Tonight’s service and food were wonderful. Were greeted by lovely young lady when we walked in. She took our order and was pleasant. Salad bar was well maintained and stocked. Orders were done correctly. Pot Pie soup, Beefeater, and salad bar were delishish. Recommended!

Hadn’t had Jason’s Deli in a long time and it was super fresh! Fast Uber Eats delivery, too! The tomato basil soup was a little chunky, but I actually liked it. I also ordered The Carmela Italian sandwich with the peppers dipped in the tomato soup, yes! Delish! My husband ordered the Deli Club, and the brownies were a great size. Amazing dinner tonight!

This is my favorite store but this Tempokotenin is very unfriendly. I could not get my money back because the cashier could not hear what I was saying and did not do the refund correctly. But the servers are very friendly and nice people.

Ordered delivery directly through Jason’s Deli’s website at around 5:30pm. The site doesn’t tell you until you go to check out that there is a $10 delivery fee, but we decided to go ahead with it. The confirmation email I received said we’d receive our delivery by about 6:30pm. At 7pm I started to be concerned so I called the store. A lady answered and sounded very frustrated. She said they were VERY busy and she was putting me on hold. I waited about 10 minutes and nobody ever came back. I tried calling again several times and no answer. I finally gave up and just went to get food elsewhere. I called back at around 8:30pm and the lady that answered the phone obviously hadn’t even noticed my food had been waiting for 3 hours, and was trying to convince me that someone would come and pick up this old food and deliver to me. I got a refund but man, what a waste of an evening. Legend has it my delivery driver is still 1 minute away.

Ordered a chef salad to go and the ham had not been cut up and looked it had been taken directly out of the package. 6 slices and a wad of roasted turkey. The dressing was almost non existent. $12 seemed a big much.

Everything was absolutely awful !No Customer service! Employees are walking around getting drinks for themselves. The food was luke warm! The soup was grayish color and tasted old. We stopped by on Sunday afternoon. Never did i think that i would be so disappointed after eating at a Jason’s Deli.
