Stopped in to use a gift card I won at a company event. The food was better than I expected. Clean interior and the staff was friendly and helpful. Stop in and it will probably become a favorite place to eat.

I’m only giving one star because they have good desserts. Other than that it absolutely sucked. I got the manager special that was Half a sandwich and it included chips and one side. The sides you could choose from was soup cup of fruit or mac & cheese. I wanted fruit as my side and they up charged me. And then they made me get mac & cheese and said I couldn’t get chips. also, my sandwich was supposed to be toasted and it was not. Also, I paid the up charge for the fruit and the strawberries still have those stems on them like they didn’t even try. The sandwich tasted like when I could’ve made it home. The service was also not good. It took a long time to make everything and there was nobody in the restaurant except for maybe one other family and the cashier was kind of rude. Overall terrible experience and will not be coming back! Way too overpriced and shouldn’t have been overcharged for items that the meal was supposed to come with.

I come in to place my cookie order and am told I must order by phone. I do so in the store and leave as it is a 20min wait to cook. I go to the grocery store and return 30 mins later. My order is not ready. Jason’s deli has not started preparing my order yet.
They tell me it will be 20 more minutes. I am dissapointed but wait. My order comes out later and they were kind enough to include extra cookies.
After I get home I truly look at the cookies and my order is incorrect. As I have never had these before I am not sure what they are. I taste them and they are all chocolate chip and sugar cookie. My order was for the “Harvest Mix”, pecan pie cookies, snickerdoodle and chocolate chip with pecans.
So my order was delayed and incorrect. I cannot foresee going back for this. Not a good experience.

I will start off by saying food was good but service was completely horrible. My wife & I walked in to order at 2:50pm on 3/12/23 and all the tables still had dirty plates and trash all over the floor, plus it wasn’t even busy at all. We placed our order @3:00pm and didn’t receive our side dishes until 3:16pm. By then tables and floors still haven’t been cleaned. Finally one person came out to bust tables while other employees stayed behind the counter doing nothing and playing around. The M.O.D didn’t even care if her lobby was dirty or clean. No one the had a sense of urgency nor was anyone being greeted. Plus before we ordered an employee got in front us to order when clearly customers come before employees no matter what. In addition to, one of the employees was wearing crocs to work in. Now I don’t know the dress code but I know for a fact you don’t wear crocs to work at all and that’s any company especially the food industry. The wife and I left about 3:41pm and there was still a few dirty tables, dirty floors, and window cleaner was left out on the table by the salad bar. That is a health violation for sure. Mind you this place was not busy the whole 50 minutes we was there and no one cared. I hope the right people see this. I have pics posted for proof. If I was district manager, I would fire everyone or train them the right way but preferably fired to teach them a lesson. Hire people who actually want a job.

I paid over $16 for a corn beef sandwich and chips only. I ended up giving the sandwich to my dog! For $18 I could have went to Potbelly 2 minutes away and got a large grilled chicken & bacon wrap! Chips! Diet coke and a cookie. Jason Deli also do not offer senior citizens discounts! Not to mention the wait. I was the only person in line and waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru for a terrible sandwich.
I have a $20 budget per (for 100) employee for our holiday luncheon ..we voted against turkey and dressing.
So I compared Jason’s Deli to Potbelly’s
And Potbelly’s won hands down.

I visited Jason’s Deli on a friend recommendation. It’s one of my favorite place now. I tried their chicken noodles soup , it was really yummy. Chicken was properly cooked. Customer service was good. Free ice cream was an additional icing on the cake. Really like it. They have started dine in. Do try . I will be trying their sandwiches on my next visit.

Placed a pick up order.. Muffuletta was awesome! Unfortunately, the California Club was not.. the ingredients on the club were not fresh (they looked like they’d been sitting out all day). There was so much mushy avocado and mayo.. I thought there was really bad chicken/ham salad on my sandwich.. Eww! So, we spent $32 for 2 sandwiches.. it could’ve been better!

I will forever be a fan of Jason’s Deli but this location left some things to be desired. This was my first visit here because it was convenient after leaving the Memphis airport. The guy at the register was nice and helpful, but it was weird when he made a politically motivated joke. The turkey muffuletta was dry and lacking enough meat/olive salad to match the size of the bread…such a disappointment! The other two guests weren’t that impressed with their selections either. In addition to the muffaletta, I had the salad bar. It was on point…lots of yummy selections! I was really impressed when I saw that gloves were available to use at the salad bar. More restaurants should definitely follow suit on that.

Y’all, I was tasked with ordering lunch from Jason’s through ezcatering. That was a death by 1000 papercuts, culminating with my order being cancelled. I called the store for help and the gentleman who helped me, Eric, possibly the GM, saved the day and got lunch to our hungry folks 15 minutes early. I will only call the store from now on. It was my first time sitting in or even visiting this location. I really came for the salad bar and got in addition to my turkey wrap combo. Staff was really nice and accommodating. Salad bar had a very good selection so I was pleased about that. Location is very spacious and the facility was fairly clean considering it was the lunch time hour. Would definitely recommend!
