Spacious but slow service; mixed food experience

The dining area at Jason’s Deli is very spacious and comfortable, which made for a nice atmosphere. Even though there weren’t many people inside, we waited about 10 minutes in a line with just one person ahead of us, so it seemed like they were short-staffed.
Food-wise, it was a mixed bag. My partner enjoyed his sandwich, but my chicken sandwich had a strange smell and I couldn’t eat it. I didn’t ask for a refund and just considered it a loss. On the positive side, the chips were tasty. There’s also a salad bar available, though I didn’t try it this time.
I’ll probably come back and try something else—I’m hoping the staffing and consistency improve, because the space itself is great and there’s potential here.

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at Jason’s Deli. I thought the salad bar was all-you-can-eat? Well this one was not. Nevertheless, the food was fresh and well maintained. I enjoyed every bite.

I ordered online again at the Ridgeway Road in Memphis and this is the 2nd time it wasn’t ready. Why should I order online if when I get there, I have to wait additional time in line? Also when I got home, they did not include the chicken in my Great Southwest Bowl. I didn’t have the energy to drive 30 mins back. Do better Jason’s Deli. This is super disappointing.

I absolutely love Jason’s deli, some of the best sandwiches around and you cannot forget about that huge salad bar, it’s the first time I get full off of salad cause I have so much on it! It’s always clean around the salad bar and always looks fresh and that says a lot coming from a former restaurant mgr.

Free icecream, yes you read that correctly. Okay, now to the rest of the visit. The food was great, the service was okay, and the atmosphere was still very Covidish. When you first walk in, it looks like you’re walking into the kitchen, then they had a half sized menu above the registers, and I didn’t see the full menu until I sat down. The food was really good though, I did ask for potato salad and they brought me chips, when I looked at the receipt later, I saw they charged me an extra $2.55 for the potato salad upgrade, but I had already eaten my food. So if you do this, make sure you get your money back or the potato salad.

This restaurant is very special to me. I go there 3-5 times a month. Very nice staff, excellent service. I love the pot pie soup, salads, baked potato with chicken and cheese, and my favorite is macaroni and cheese sauce. Of course, the free and incredibly delicious ice cream. Clean enough.I recommend everyone come here.

Can’t appreciate enough a healthy place like this. Feels so good to know they’re using good ingredients and not using certain things I try to really avoid. Staff was nice and it was a good first time trying Jason’s deli. Got the California club which was great and also a bit of the camela or something which was also good! But the salad bar looked incredible also

I came into the restaurant to order some food for dinner take out and I saw a employee on her cell phone I told the management team on duty and she didn’t act like that was a problem just from how she was talking to me she kept saying I have a good team and but it is not fair to the customers if employees at any business getting on their cell phones on Jason deli time I’m very disappointed so I ordered me a drink and left
