This Jason’s Deli is a delight! This is my second visit to this location, and I will return if I’m in the area. I usually order the salad bar and really enjoy it. This time I saw an employee attentively fixing the salad bar and he made everything look outstanding. It seemed like he was going above and beyond, especially in regards to his sanitary practices and wearing gloves. Thanks for a yummy dinner!

My family(4 members) visited Jasons Deli about a month ago, we choose this food service because one of the online ordering apps had a 2 for 1 sandwich, which we intended to give to our two sons. After arriving and picking up our order, we ordered two additional meals, and 4 drinks, and two desserts. We found a table and began eating. At which point an employee who was straightening tables and carried themselves as though they were a manager or something, stopped to inform us that the take out order we made should not be eaten in the restaurant. I noted we had made multiple other purchases as they brushed me off and walked away. Will not go back.

On 12/29/25 I paid for a salad at the Jason’s Deli location in Naples Florida. I also left them my change from my order in the tip box which was over $3.00. After I paid i asked the girl who I paid with if I could have a little larger plastic container so I could put extra food in it. She went over to ask 2 other employees then came back and told me that it would cost me $3.50 for the plastic container that I needed to put the extra food that I already paid for in it!! I could not believe that they would charge me for a plastic container after I just made a purchase and them them over a $3.00 tip!! I gave the girl $5.00 and she said I could put my change in tbe tip box if I want to!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? The right thing to do was not to charge me for a small plastic container since I just made a purchase with them. That would create loyalty. I guess Jason’s Deli is more interested in making money whatever way they can instead of taking care of their customers. I will not be returning and will post this issue on all social media sites!

Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat and it wa a great! Quick service and good quality food with decent portions for the price. The menu is expansive with lots of options – not just sandwiches. The chicken salad is delicious and the pineapple inclusions add a bit of a tropical flavor that perfectly complements the chicken. The corned beef was tasty, but might I suggest they stock cream cheese as a topping option to make it THAT much better. They also have some pretty great drink options and a tasty salad bar for those looking for something a bit lighter. Overall, this place didn’t disappoint. I have high hopes for their new coffee shop as well!

The free ice cream swirl at the end topped off a fine lunch and made the experience even better. Friendly service and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

When Jason’s Deli 1st came to my last city, it was a huge hit. Always packed and the food was very good. After years, it doesn’t seem as popular but I have no idea why. THIS restaurant still appears to uphold those same high standards of cleanliness, and food quality. I do have a couple of suggestions. Staff should be trained to offer a friendly greeting. The few times I’ve been here the reception was very lukewarm. The food is still good, presented well and neat. Fresh salad bar and free soda refills and custard. Also, having extra condiments handy to the customer, versus available upon request would be nice. That said, I look forward to my next Reuben the great. 🙂

We ordered veggies and opted for no lettuce from the salad bar. I assumed container would be filled to a normal level. They ask on the form if you want lettuce, but don’t tell say you get next to nothing if you opt out on lettuce. We got one thin layer of veggies for $13.00. It’s a salad bar, you are supposed to pick and choose. The limits should be indicated on the menu. Instead it’s a great way for them to rip you off.
So I called the restaurant and spoke to Michelle. She was a snotty little you know what. She basically hung up on me when I said I was going to write a review because I felt cheated
She never said Sorry or I apologize for the inconvenience, just a snippy attitude.
I am done with the Jason’s on immokalee in Naples . This is not the first time I was unhappy.
Last time the fruit was half rotten.

Beware when ordering on Uber Eats. I ordered lunch today and literally had three pieces of broccoli salad. The potato salad was about a tablespoon worth and the veggies were sparse. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Jason’s Deli saved the day for us!! We were having boxed lunches catered for a luncheon and I found out one hour before the food was supposed to be delivered that the original caterer had forgotten our order and we were not going to have food.
I called Jason’s Deli in a panic and their catering manager was so calm and reassuring. She handled my order, got it started while we were on the phone still, and while she said they would have it by the time the event started (1 hour and 20 minutes from when we were talking), they had it to us 10 minutes earlier than our original order was supposed to be delivered. I was AMAZED by the kindness, the service, the sense of urgency, and the willingness to go above and beyond to make a moment that could have been a disaster, a miracle instead. The delivery driver was also very kind, patient, and helpful.
Oh and of course the food was delicious! I highly recommend their catering option if you have an event. I will certainly be singing their praises for a long time.
