I placed a clear phone order for FOUR veggie sandwiches and not just “bread and vibes.” These were supposed to include avocado, hummus, pesto aioli, and actual flavor. What we received instead was a sad excuse for food: raw mushrooms, tomatoes, dry spinach, no salt, no sauces, no spreads nothing.
These sandwiches tasted like air trapped between bread. Completely dry. Completely inedible. We had no choice but to throw them away.
I’m a regular customer, with mass orders and which makes this even more infuriating. I trusted this order to be done right, especially after clearly explaining it on the phone. That trust was a mistake. Apparently ordering from a different town means quality control just disappears.
If you’re advertising veggie options, they should at least be “edible” This wasn’t a customization error this was a total failure. Wasted money, wasted time, and extremely disappointing from a place I normally rely on.
Do better. Because this experience was unacceptable!
On our way back home, we stopped back in on 01/30/2026 at 3:34 p.m. and you would have thought I was at a totally different Jason’s from the one just six days earlier. There was literally no complaint on my earlier visit but this visit appeared to have a different manager working. It started when we went to the counter to order, there was no-one in line, no one in the dining room and no employee behind the counter. About a minute later, a lady that was sitting in the dining room came and took our order. As we walked to pick up our salad plate and tray, we were met with a large man behind the counter. I really do not like to say this but I feel I need to. The man had bad body odor. I then went over to get some tea and the dispenser was empty. I notified the man behind the counter, and he said he would take care of it. I then went over to the salad bar and it was a mess. There were pieces of the salad bar strewn across the whole area.
Once we got our salad, we attempted to sit down, but almost all of the tables had dirty dishes, etc. on them. We managed to find a seat and I watched for the tea dispenser to get refilled but it never did.
Before eating, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, there was no soap. I returned to my table.
After several minutes and half way through my meal, the tea was still not replaced. I also saw the manager go into the bathroom. I assumed that he would have noticed that there was no soap, but when he exited, it didn’t appear that he made an attempt to re-fill the soap. A few minutes later, I advised the manager that there was no tea. He said he would brew some. Once the tea was done brewing, he never told me it was done or returned the dispenser back to its original location.
At the end of my meal, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the soap had not been re-filled.
I also noticed the same lady that was sitting with a man in the dining room, had to be told by the manager to clean up some of the tables. I do not expect this from Jason’s as I have always had a great experience. I totally get that at times, the restaurant can get busy, I know my home town Jason’s gets very crazy on Sunday afternoons. But like I said, it was in the late afternoon on a weekday and there wasn’t anyone else in the restaurant.
A beef sandwich with juice and a salmon sandwich. Good fresh.
Little pricey. Flavors are there.
Salad bar is huge!
Place had plenty of seating with no customers.
Lots of staff.
