I never post reviews but DJ deserves a huge shoutout. I order take out or delivery from here probably once a week (for the past year or so) and every time I go in to get my order if DJ is working, he has a huge smile and welcomes me in by name. He is so sweet and always makes sure my order is correct. I’ve also never had issues with my order when he has handled it. Today, I ordered delivery and he even wrote on the cookie bag Hey Mrs. Lexie, Enjoy & Merry Christmas. These little things are the level of customer service that go above and beyond and keep us coming back. He is vital to this company and deserves some sort of promotion. We obviously will continue coming back but definitely wanted to give recognition to one of the best employees! Thank you DJ for being amazing!

The catering manager DJ was awesome and so helpful. The food was delivered on time and everybody’s order was perfect, which we all know is hard to get on the holidays! The delivery driver reached out on his way to dropped off. He also had awesome customer service and a great personality. Thanks to everyone there who made this an easy seamless Christmas luncheon.

Ate here on 11/12/25 I got the New York Yankee with tortilla soup and my husband got the beefeater with a pollo Mexicana potato. Price came to $42.15. Honestly, you can get a better tasting Reuben and French dip at Arby’s for way less. I haven’t ate at Jason’s deli in a while but I was very surprised at how much flavor their food was lacking today. The potato was dry and flavorless, my Reuben had no taste at all, the soup wasn’t as seasoned as it should’ve been and it was overly thick. Don’t think I’ll be back any time soon

I usually get take out so I can’t really rate the atmosphere.
The problem I have is with their consistency. They do forget to include items charged at a premium and when you call to have it removed from the charge, the manager will say “Oh we’ll give you a refund for the whole meal!” Wait a week and still not refund. And now there are mystery ‘fees’ with no clear explanation. $2.33 on a $17.88 meal includes a new ‘fee’ when ordering directly from their website is a premium price for Jason Deli quality. Time to move on from this crap shoot.
