WOW! when your traveling it’s a hit or miss! THIS WAS A TOTAL HIT! 10/10 all around the board. Our server Lilly was such a sweetheart as she ran the entire restaurant with nothing but a HUGE smile!! Last winter I visited Jason Café in Menlo Park and took a walk around the neighborhood first—the weather and culture and the streets felt so California. The café matched the vibe perfectly. I ordered what might be the best fresh-made breakfast burrito I’ve had in a long time—juicy, flavorful, and ridiculously satisfying. Everything tasted fresh and made with care.

Food was amazing and I’m particular about my breakfast. Country fried steak and eggs with biscuits and gravy. Hash browns and side of toast (extra). Wife had pancakes. Want pleasantly surprised at how fresh the food was. Waiters was a delight. Atmosphere was nice. Temp was a LITTLE chilly inside.

Jason’s Cafe is a great spot for breakfast! The food was delicious, especially the Minnie Mouse pancake with chocolate chip cookies. The service was excellent, parking was easy, and the inside ambience was cozy. Plenty of seating made it perfect for our group, and everyone loved the food. Highly recommend!

Went for Brunch and tried scrambled egg + veggies with country potatoes. It’s a cozy place with packed seatings. Liked the food. Regarding food quantity, it’s good portion for an adult.
One downside is the limited parking spaces. Most of the time it’s full and have to find street parking.
Will recommend and visit again when I’m around there.

Hadn’t been here for a long time. The food was really good and so was the service.
We had the fresh spinach mushroom omelet and the full stack of blueberry pancakes. The omelet was really big as the plate was ~11″ in diameter. The pancakes were huge as the plate was ~9″ in diameter.
We couldn’t eat it all and took it home.

Food is okay but service is HORRIBLE! I walked in for a prepaid pick up order and immediately was confronted by the front desk male being extremely rude and told me I could not park in handicap when I had a placard. I explained I did not have have time to search further and it was only a pick up order . He cussed me out and kicked me out then proceeded to follow me outside and threaten me. They did not give me my food nor my refund. I tried to contact the manager and they did not help at all. IT IS NOT WORTH GIVING THIS RESTAURANT YOUR MONEY! Stay away!

Super friendly and attentive service, clean and bright interior, pleasantly busy (mixed crowd, almost full at 12:30 on a Sunday, we got the last parking spot), pretty good food for good prices. The Monte Cristo sandwich and Southern scramble were very good. The protein scramble and soups (clam chowder or tomato) were good. The seafood fra diavolo… well the linguine and sauce were fine, but the mussels were inedible. So stick to the more breakfast-y items. Would come here again to try more off their large menu.

A big group of us came here for breakfast after an early morning soccer tournament game. It was about 30 of us and they problem solved so effectively on ways to sit us all together. There was a waiter there (didn’t get his name) but I believe he was the manager. He was attentive, great personality, and made sure we had everything we needed. Now the food, AMAZING! We all agreed afterwards that it was the best breakfast spot we’ve ever been to. The pancakes were delicious! The scramble and burritos were top tier. We cannot wait to go back! 🙂
