Jasmine Asian Cuisine and Sushi Bar in Wilmington is hands down my favorite sushi spot in all of New Castle County. The sushi is consistently top tier, fresh, well balanced, and expertly made every single time. The Philly roll, Summer roll, Rainbow roll, and Dee Dee roll are all absolute standouts and never disappoint. The crab rangoons are also a must order, perfectly crispy with a rich, flavorful filling.
Beyond the food, the entire experience is what really sets Jasmine apart. The restaurant and bar have a great vibe, the drinks are excellent, and the service is always friendly, fast, and attentive without feeling rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about quality and customer experience.
Whether you are going for sushi, cocktails, or a full night out, Jasmine delivers every time. I could not recommend this restaurant more highly.

Asian fusion restaurant. Chinese, Japanese, and Thai, and none of it really done super-well.
Gyoza and spring rolls were ok for the kids, the kar bi (korean short ribs) lacked enough flavor and were a bit overcooked, sushi/sashimi was ok, drunken noodle, lo mein and pad thai noodles lacked enough flavor – bland.
Service was brusque and mostly absent for the night outside of orders – lady didn’t really come back to see how we were doing. Gratuity added to the bill automatically was 18% for the large group, and no tax in Delaware which was a nice surprise.

Was looking for somewhere to stop and stumbled upon this place. Dined solo, right by the window and the place was pretty empty. Greeted, Seated and served right away.
I ordered Thai lemongrass soup, spring rolls, fried tuna dumplings and the Wilmington roll over the span of the 3 hours I was there! Tried the raspberry martini and ginger cosmo. Tuna dumplings were the most delicious!!
Drinks were fresh, priced well, excellent portions.
Restaurant was clean, server was friendly, it was a little quiet but picked up towards the evening. Will definitely return!

Got a pad Thai that had undercooked noodles- they use soy sauce as their pad Thai base sauce which is not how pad Thai is supposed to taste. Got Drunken noodles- were just ok but none of their Thai was near authentic. Service is horrible, they are too caught up on their take out orders. By the time I got the fried ice cream I ordered- the ice cream was completely melted. I literally had to chase them to let me pay so I can leave. I don’t get why they are busy. There’s NO1 sushi close by and their food is outstanding alllll the way. This place is far too mediocre for me to ever come back

I’ve always been pleased with the portion size. Specifically the sushi, actually has the fish or seafood in it and not just rice like other local establishments. They are consistent and friendly. Highly recommend!

Nice ambience. Not many people dine in. Mostly take out more. The presentation of food is good. Coconut shrimp is Good. Satai chicken is not good and its very hard to eat. Drunken noodles are ok. Rest rooms are clean and neat. More parking areas are available. No reservations required for the restaurant.

We decided to give this a try when our usual Asian spot was closed for delivery, so we ordered from Jasmine instead and needless to say we haven’t even thought about the other place ever since. We have dined in a couple times now and loved it each time. General Tso’s tofu is absolutely perfect. Loved the delicious avocado cream cheese sushi. And even though it threw me off at first I even loved the fried cheesecake.
Service is also great and very friendly.

Jasmine’s is delicious AND has their own delivery, skip the insane Doordash markups, I ordered and paid over the phone (they have Beyond Menu, too). We ordered a celebration FEAST and they did not disappoint!!

Not crowded for dine in. Coconut shrimp was good but too much fried desiccant coconut. Chicken satay was so disappointing with no flavor and tough texture and the accompanied peanut sauce was also bland. Drunken noodles could be more flavorful and the added veggies were not a lot and fresh. Baby lobster avocado roll was fresh and flavorful (highly recommend this)…
Hospitality was average and they were not so concerned with feedbacks.
