Tasted their food for the first time at the Hudson River Park BBQ Blues festival where Jase was a vendor. The ribs were so tender and peppery. It tasted amazing with and without sauce. The brisket was also tender and flavorful. The mac and cheese was also peppery and cheesy. The line was so long but I am so glad I waited in it to try this food. Also shout out to the friendly people working the booth! I am so sad that Jase is so far away from where I live because it was wonderful.
