The business of Jas and Denis Co. was set up in the beginning of 2023, we opened the to-go small sushi restaurant at the food court of Meadowood Mall (Reno, Nevada) in 4th August 2023. We have 5 years experiences in sushi franchise business from 2019 to 2022, these experiences are not so much but we have the good creations with good quality. We can serve the customers’ orders to build their own Poke bowls and Sushi Burritos with everyday fresh. This is family business with family team members. Our goal is “Healthy Life with Healthy Food”. We have the special orders of party platters for gettering, birthday and other celebration parties. We can serve all customers to enjoy with our fresh sushi, poke bowls and sushi burritos.

I’ve attached photos of the receipts. I only got a refund for the sushi burrito. Not a full refund. But I’d like a full refund. Second, how does her not understanding the difference between seared and fully cooked make it ok for how she treated me? Third, if she didn’t understand the difference why is it ok in your eyes that she told me that I don’t know what fully cooked is (with a raised voice/ yelling) when in fact it’s her that doesn’t? We repeatedly used the term “fully cooked” and she kept yelling at me that it was fully cooked. I can post photos of the”burrito” as well if you want? Her behavior was hostile and rude towards me from the beginning and became outright aggressive and you guys can’t give a simple apology AND lie about something as small as a partial vs full refund?
Also 18 dollars for a “burrito” that was the same size as my husband’s single roll… it’s it supposed to be that small?
There’s a couple of issues but I’ll just state the main ones. When my husband placed the order (cause she ignored me) he specified that the salmon in the sushi burrito we ordered must be fully cooked as I’m pregnant. He did not tell me this I was next to him and witnessed this. When I got the sushi “burrito ” I was sad that it was the same size as the single crunchy roll my husband ordered but that’s on me. I thought 18 bucks and being called a burrito that it’d be slightly bigger. My main issue is after eating some I realized it tasted off so i pull out a piece of salmon and it was raw. I brought it to her and explained it was raw and could I get a refund or for fully cooked remade one. I didn’t get past the refund part before she went belligerent on me. Raising her voice and cutting me off to tell me it is cooked. I again explained it wasn’t and ripped the fish in front of her showing it had to be ripped as it didn’t flake because it wasn’t got cooked as we asked. She then told me (by cutting me off midsentence) i just didn’t know how salmon was cooked and that it was fully cooked. So I then yet again tried to explain to her I’m pregnant and that I eat salmon frequently both raw and cooked andb this was definitely mostly raw. During this process she cut me off again so I did raise my voice to talk over her to finish my sentence. She then let out an angry breath hard enough i got a flick of her spit on me (mind you I’m in a wheel chair so it was pretty intense) when I kept repeating got her to please get a manager. She then told me she’d call her dad and he’d still say I wouldn’t get a refund. She called who I’m assuming was her dad then angrily gave me a partial refund for the order but enough to cover the sushi burrito.
Sir, if you are reading this please look at the surveillance footage if you can. Your daughter is going to tank your business.
Order issues I had:
Being ignored.
Having her hand a menu over me to my husband. It took more effort to hand it to my husband than it would me.
Me asking her questions multiple times while trying to order and her ignoring them until my husband asked.
I’m not sure the reason why she treated me the way she did but look into if she has issues with mixed race couples or pregnant women or people in wheelchairs because until she started yelling at me I was was polite and had a lot of patience with her unprofessional behavior. If she was my child I would be very ashamed. But my children do not act like that in their personal life much less in a work setting.

Everyone that works here is so friendly, and the food is always amazing. We usually always get the poke bowls, it takes a little longer but that’s because they always ensure it’s fresh and make your bowl just how you like it! If you’re ever hungry we have no doubt this is the place for great service and yummy food 🙂

for cheap sushi, their sushi is really good! this was a hit amongst my coworkers when i worked at the mall (i never asked but i don’t think they give mall employee discounts). their spicy california rolls are so good, i recommend this place if you want your sushi fix but you happen to be at the mall. they also have some asian snacks and soda cans to buy.

First time going . I had no idea this place was there or I’d have been here sooner! So fresh!! I had the sushi burrito. $12.99 you pick 2 protein and all the sides from the selection. Crab salad and tuna. Perfect!!! Definitely will be coming back wish there was another location 🙂
