Would not recommend because of cost to portion. The spider roll is almost $14, and you don’t even get half of the soft shell crab. I’ve had spider rolls many times at various places, they always put the whole soft shell crab for one roll and that’s why it’s usually $12+. I’m struggling to wrap my head around how much rice there is also. I won’t be back. The lady is super nice and all. But if I’m not happy with the food I paid for, I obviously am not going to eat it again.

I LOVE this place so much. I’ve been here quite a few times over the last few years and everytime I come in I get greeted promptly by the kind lady working the register. Shes so sweet and service is always fast.
I highly recommend the broncos roll, and either the spicy poke bowl or the spicy bulgolgi. So good.

I ordered for pick up. The quality was very good and done quickly. The lady up front was so kind to me. I got the beef bibimbap and agadashi tofu. Both were delicious. I would def come back! Flavors were yummy.

Ok. So here’s the thing. I came here once before and remember everything being outstanding. However this most recent visit was not wonderful. Primarily, the spicy chicken bowl was very dry and chewy. I ended up going somewhere else nearby immediately after to get something different. However, I am going to attribute it to a fluke, and I’m sure if I had brought the food back in they would have made it right. Which is why I am still rating 4 stars: previous visits were good, and the staff here is just top notch! So in spite of my recent visit I will give them another try.

Well portioned, great quality sushi/poke meals with a casual ambience. They offer hot bowls like their donburi beef bowl and a Katsu bowl. Friendly quick and friendly service with recyclable to-go containers. Plenty of seating as well.
They have bowls and rolls, with the option to do half or full rolls. Meal combos too if you’d like an entree with a roll on the side. Tofu bowls and seaweed salad also available for the non-meat eating folks.
Bottled/canned soda, tea, juice, and ramune are available as beverages if you’re thirsty.
I’ve been here a few times and it’s been a lovely experience every time. I’m looking forward to trying their Donburi beef bowl next time!

They have a great selection of rolls and bowls as the name says. I had the Korean Bibimbap Bowl with an additional fried egg. Every tastebud was satiated. If this were in my neighborhood, I would eat here at least twice a week. Great quality and it service.

Want to talk about some awesomely delicious food then you must definitely visit Japon Sushi & Bowls off 144th & I-25 (across from Amazon wearhouse).
They offer a version of the “Rockies Roll” with tempura that is literally “to die for”!!
The ‘bowls’ are just as scrumptious along with the appetizers & traditional sushi rolls.
Pricing is on point for the sushi market but the owners make this an even better atmosphere.$ $
We have eaten there at least once a week for at least the last month! ❤️❤️
We love the owners and feel like part of the family with Mira & James!!

California tempura roll was decent, but I was super disappointed by the specialty roll we ordered (spider roll) it was bland, and came with none of the sauces on top as described on the menu. It was by far the worst spider roll I’ve ever had. We also ended up having to take our order to go because the entire restaurant smelt like sewage. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Everything was delicious! Driving north on 25 through Denver we saw this restaurant coming up on the map. We placed an online order and received a text update that our order was ready about 5 minutes before our requested pick up time. Got off the highway and picked up our food with ease. The lady at the counter was very kind and friendly. The bathrooms in the restaurant were very clean. We were glad to have an easy, delicious, quick, healthy sushi option our roadtrip.
