Staff was very friendly, even talking to me while bagging my food. Everything smells good, looks good, taste good, plenty of sauce for everything. They had my food ready early and were open after a snow storm. The steak is amazing.

Stopped by The Japanese Cowboy food truck in Gainesville, Texas today, and wow, what a treat! I had the chicken and veggie hibachi along with some egg rolls, and every bite was delicious. The food is seriously mouthwatering! I also got to chat with the owners, who are super friendly and made the experience even better. Definitely a hidden gem in town. I’ll be back for sure! Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

Good as hell. fast service yumyum sauce is the best if your wanting to try it out just do it! I wish they had a fried rice that has cashews in it but either way ill always come by for hibachi as a local I’m glad this food truck is in town!
