Tempura was so heavily breaded that the iols was still draining and nearly burned a hole in the take-out box. Breading FAR too thick for tempura and so soaked with oil it started making me ill.
#34: why do they ask how you want your steak if all they do is cook it past well and serve very overcooked scallops?
They make an effort, but care very little apparently about the finished product. I doubt anyone there would eat what we were served tonight.
A sad & disappointing wasted $30+.
Wondering if they deserve another chance since for us they have been on a very sharp & steady decline.

Food was GREAT. We had Teriyaki chicken and Broccoli with rice and sweet carrots and Teriyaki Shimp and Broccoli with rice and sweet carrots. The carrots were so tender and sweet. The chicken and Shimp was cooked perfectly with the Teriyaki sauce.

This is the second time we’ve stopped passing through from Augusta to Asheville. Great stop around meal time, food is always excellent, prepared perfectly, and hot off the grill! The hibachi is fabulous, and customer service was perfect!

I don’t usually post reviews but this one needs to be shared. I got a chicken & noodle stir fry and 2 chicken egg rolls.
The meal was mostly cabbage, a couple of carrot pieces and several pieces of very dry chicken in a salty sauce. Very unappetizing. The egg rolls were very dry, stale and chewy, completely unable to eat.
I wasted $13. The entire meal ended up in the trash except for about 5 pieces of the chicken which I gave to my dog with my apologies.
I will not spend money at this restaurant again and I would advise others to avoid it as well.

This place is a hidden gem in a small town, attached to a gas station and small liquor store. We were in the area on New Year’s Eve and everything was closed except for fast food. They do a brisk takeout business but when we were there we were the only ones seating inside. The food was very reasonably priced, quickly made and very good. If you get something that has their carrots in it you will be pleasantly surprised how good they are. My sister is vegan and was easily able to find something to eat. Staff was friendly and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was really good and offered at decent prices, and the service was fast and friendly. The location is an old Huddle House so it is small and there was limited seating.
