Love this restaurant! We were pleasantly surprised to find such good Thai food in small town Redding. Definitely recommend trying if you are in the area or visiting. We ordered basil fried rice, panang curry and tea. Everything was very fresh, tasteful. Great, quick service.

I’ve been looking for authentic Thai food since I first moved to Redding and although I did come to Janya’s last of all Thai Restaurants there is in Redding… I must say I’ve been missing out, the food here is amazing and I’m so lucky to have finally tried their food, definitely on point as to what I’ve always had in the Bay Area as to authentic Thai food! I love spicy and they make spicy spicy haha but overall I’m definitely sticking to Janya only because they’ll never disappoint you with the flavors they give! I’m so thankful Janya Restaurant is in Redding! My go to for Thai food forsure! The restaurant inside is also very clean and the atmosphere is really nice!

Every time I travel, I make it a point to stop by a Thai restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to find a great Thai restaurant in the small town of Redding. We had the Papaya Salad, Pad Basil with Beef, and Seafood Pad Garlic Pepper, all of which were delicious and generously portioned. Erica served our table, and she was sweet and swift. We’re leaving tomorrow, and our only regret is not finding this restaurant sooner so we could have come back.

Excellent Thai food with great customer service. Ate here our first day at Redding and this place was amazing. All the entrées came in very lively and colorful. Taste was on point! Entire family absolutely liked everything we ordered and absolutely reminded us of our vacation in Thailand. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area and craving for Thai food.

Came here on July 8th with my fam-bamily. We decided to try the veggie rolls for the appetizer. It was so dang good. I loved the sauce the came with it. I ordered the basil pork belly, my mom had the green curry fried rice, fiancé had the BBQ chicken, and my daughter and her boyfriend got the pad thai cashew and the green curry. I didn’t like the basil pork belly that much, but everything else everyone ordered was very good. You could tell the BBQ chicken was boneless skinless thighs, and they were delicious. I also liked the pad Thai cashew. It had a great flavor especially being ordered hot. I really enjoyed the customer service here too. They were very friendly and refilled our waters constantly.

Top notch Thai place you can ever find in Redding, CA. The waitress was super welcoming and very kind, she’s the reason why this place is worth visiting! She made our experience a very pleasant and enjoyable one. Every order was tasty with exceptional serving sizes (our togo was enough for another meal too 😉 )
Ample parking and very close to downtown. Restroom was clean and well maintained.
