The food was terrific and the service exceptional. I’ve had Janino’s Pizza through delivery before but never visited the restaurant until tonight. I’ve been missing out! I’ll definitely be back soon.

What a disappointing experience. Came for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, the place was understandably slow as it’s Superbowl Sunday. The dining room was closed so we had to sit in the bar area. This was the first miss. We ordered the thin and crispy 16 inch supreme and it came out quickly. The crust was chewy under the toppings, needed to be cooked longer.
All of that can be forgiven however the biggest issue here was the staff! Tiffany and the other lady “who has worked there the second longest of 5 years” were cackling and talking so loudly; it’s almost like they were drunk. These two have no consideration for customers eating. We were the only customers in the place and they were going on like it was party time. I can understand noise coming from bar patrons, but coming from two seasoned staff members with 13 years combined time working there is unacceptable. I will never come here again just for that level of unprofessionalism. Epic fail!

Ate here tonight and was surprised at the terrible service. Normally, the service is top notch but we had an older gal with long black hair that didn’t have the time of day for us. She put both our orders in incorrectly and when I remarked that I thought the chicken parm was served with Marina and not white sauce, while walking away from
Us said she could bring me a side of marinara. She didn’t wait for my response. My family eats here a few times a month but we won’t be going back for a while. I’m very disappointed. My advice would be to clarify what you sauce you’d like on your dish as they apparently serve both.

Their food is god awful now. God bless the workers, the food used to be good. After it burned down though is when the food started to degrade. We waited upwards of an hour and 30 minutes just to get our food last time me and my dear family went, and it tasted stale and luke-warm at best. We gave it another shot a different time, but the pizza was all breading and no sauce, and my son in law loves pizza, but he hated it.

We have been here several times since January of this year. We haven’t been in a couple months decided to come get some of the best pizza in the area only to be surprisingly disappointed. The lady that had always been there before wasn’t there and the new person wasn’t very good. We had to wait for a table to be cleaned and there was only one other customer there. After we we seated and immediately placed our for the same thing we always get, she disappeared. A customer came in stood there waiting, no one came out, he finally left. It took longer than usual to get our pizza, then when it came the crust wasn’t the same. She never came back to ask if we needed anything else. I finally got her attention to let her know we needed a box and our check and to ask if they had changed their crust because it was terrible, she the cook may have stretched the dough too much. Then said said it happens. I guess we have to look for a new pizza place now.

Is there only 5 stars on this thing? Pizza was perfect in size and flavor. My wife ordered chicken Parmigiano that had a portion of lasagna. The long Island iced tea. Perfect! Glad I ordered to much Pizza, will make a great warmed over snack.
