I noticed the new food truck as I drove by a couple of weeks ago and they said they would be open soon. I returned today and got some tacos for lunch. Those were some of the tastiest al pastor tacos I have had in a long time, the food was all amazing but the pastor was definitely my favorite.
They have a pretty decent menu and great prices, friendly service and I really like that they’ve got a little vestibule for you to stand in an order out of the cold and weather. 10 out of 10 highly recommend

This place has hands down the best tacos and crazy potato’s in Minnesota ❤️ the flavor is Amazing! We got the crazy potato’s, chicken tacos and steak tacos. I definitely recommend trying them out. The customer service was amazing and they even brought us some more salsa and limes.
