Janette’s Superburger was started in November of 1972 By Janette Miller. Serving her original burger! It is now run by her daughter Tammy. A great little side of the road restaurant. If you blink you might miss it. But you can’t miss the amazingness this little place has. Their slogan Where Family and Friends one to Dine. You will leave feeling satisfied and like you had spent time at your own families backyard bbq!

Customer service was extremely excellent. Very clean. Very helpful. The atmosphere is very comfortable,etc. If I could give them a 10 plus stars I really would. And most importantly, THE FOOD IS ALWAYS AMAZING. Yes it is a little waiting period, but I’ll take that knowing my food is cooked to order & fresh. Besides the wait time is not long at all.

Was a beautiful 64° clear day, perfect for a motorcycle ride. The group rode to Janette’s which was found on Facebook. Everyone raved about it so it was the lunch ride destination.
We almost drove past it even though the GPS said we arrived. It did not look like a restaurant, but one indicator that there was good food here, was all the commercial trucks in the tight dirt lot.
There was seating inside for about 16. There were also a few tables outside.
They apologized for the wait, there were about 20 order tickets waiting along the grill. Apparently they do alot of pick up orders as well.
Super burgers is in the name, so a burger was what I was going for.
I ordered the regular bacon cheese burger with the works w/ fries.
There was a double burger as well and I am glad I didn’t order that. My regular burger was huge. Easily a half pound+. It was cooked perfectly despite the super busy kitchen. It was a pretty long wait to get it but was worth it. The fries were crispy and not greasy.
I have found that the little hole in the wall local joints usually have the best food.
This will definitely be a regular ride destination.

Local hole in the wall spot that we tried after hearing everyone we know talking about how amazing the food is! So happy we finally got the chance to try! The menu has plenty of options, and there was a sign hung up inside saying they had wings also, with lots of sauce options! Dine in, or take out available.
I got the double cheeseburger because I assumed (I don’t know why ) that the patties might be thin and I was extra hungry. Boy was I wrong! These have to be 7-8oz patties, so a single cheeseburger would’ve definitely been enough! I couldn’t believe how huge this burger was when it came out, but I definitely devoured the entire thing. Can’t wait to come back!

OMG! The burgers are thick and very delicious. I made the mistake of ordering a double cheeseburger. I won’t do that again lol. Other than that the food is fresh and cooked to order so don’t be in a hurry.

The best restaurants are built from cinderblocks. I grew up in Wilson NC and this place reminded me of the Beefmaster, also a cinderblock building that served the best ribeye in North Carolina. I believe this cinderblock building serves the best burger in SC! I don’t think I’ve ever had a thicker burger! Well worth the few minutes off the beaten path to get one of Janette’s Super Burgers!

A unique and wonderful find!
After seeing many of the other reviews I decided it was time to see for myself. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger platter and it did not disappoint. First off the burger is huge! I’m guessing ½lb. The platter is served with large portion of fries and a couple of onion rings for good measure. You can opt for tater tots instead.
The burger itself was juicy and flavorful with the rich meaty flavor that only a quality patty has. The cheese and bacon make a perfect compliment and didn’t overwhelm the flavor.
The restaurant itself is quite small (only seats for 12), but there is a small table outside and takeout order seemed popular.
Since each meal is cooked fresh and to order don’t expect fast food quickness. Plan on spending time with your group or chatting with other. You’re patience with be rewarded with an outstanding meal.

I have traveled from Charleston SC to get one of Janette’s burgers twice now. The last time was even better than I remembered going the first time.
