At Jane Bistro & Bar we’ve got a relaxed yet modern coastal design. We want to make everyone entering feel at home. After all, we are on Hilton Head Island! Our menu has many recipes that have been handed down from family and friends of Chef & Owner, Anne Sargent. The menu features Anne’s signature toasted pecan cranberry chicken salad and coconut cake, but also many other classics with a twist. We serve lunch and dinner Monday-Saturday. We also serve Sunday Brunch. You can check out all our menus online on our website. We accept reservations through Open Table or by calling during business hours. We look forward to seeing you soon!

We arrived about 1pm and waited 5 minutes to be seated. They were very busy for lunch the day we were there. Our server was very nice but you could tell he was a bit overwhelmed. He explained that they were busier than normal. We had hummus, garlic shrimp and chicken salad. We waited about 25 minutes to get our food. The food was good and the quality of the food was very good. This seems to be a popular place for ladies to have lunch together.

Went for lunch, I got the tomato flatbread and mango margarita. Husband got the chicken Greek wrap and fries. Both were very good and service was great.

We tried this place for Sunday brunch because we really enjoyed their sister restaurant in Beaufort called Wren. We had reservations and a young girl acknowledged our reservation and said she would be right back but she forgot about us. Then eventually we went back inside as we were waiting to get seated outside and she said “whoops” then sent a young man to seat us who did, and then he proceeded to leave with the menus! We found out later it was his first day. A bizarre beginning….but the good news …the waitress Chanovia and especially the food saved the day!! We had the very special Blueberry French toast which was out of this world! We also enjoyed a nice chicken salad platter that my wife really enjoyed….but you have to have that Blueberry French toast on the Sunday brunch menu….to die for

This is a lovely restaurant in a major shopping area. We were there early and it was quiet but I could see that the building itself with high ceilings and flooring would be very loud if it was crowded. The music was very soothing and calming, which was very nice. Our Jamaican waitress was very sweet. Our dinner was fine and we enjoyed walking behind the strip mall along the bay afterwards.

After flying into Savannah on a Saturday, and getting checked in at our resort in Hilton Head, my wife and I came for dinner. We made a reservation on opentable, and the hostess called to let us know that even though we had a later reservation, they had plenty of seating and that we could arrive earlier if we wanted. I had the Southern Salad and was blown away with the flavor! My wife had the Tuscan Chicken Pasta, and an order of the fried green tomatoes. We ended up coming back on Tuesday evening with my wife’s sister and our nephew, we both ended up having the salad this time around and the Tomato Flat Bread which we thoroughly enjoyed. The atmosphere during late dinner hours is slow and laid back, but I know from the booking experience that lunch time seems to be one of the most popular timeslots. The staff were friendly knowledgeable and nice, definitely worth a visit or two!

Great food! There’s a lot of good choices. Our waitress, Chanovia, was awesome! The young gal at the hostess could have been a bit more friendly, but all good, maybe she was having a bad day. No worries.

Dined at lunch. Had the Asian influenced salad. Husband had fish and chips. Started with shrimp app at recommendation of server. It was delicious with 6 large shrimp. Broth it was in was like a delicious soup. Yummy to dip the bread in too. Most impressive atmosphere too. Beautiful instaworthy surroundings IMO. Try to get one of the 2 top tables along the right side with large leather armchairs if you are a party of 2! Loved it! Would go again and definitely recommend. See pictures attached for what we ordered.

We were looking for a dinner at a place that was just a step up from the typical noisy sports bar. Jane Bistro has a touch of class and elegance without being snooty. Molly was the best server ever, genuinely friendly, very helpful with her recommendations, and extremely efficient. The leather chairs at the tables by the windows were really a perfect spot for a party of two. And then the food! Everything, and I mean everything, was delicious, perfect temperature, great presentation, seasoned well, and served in a very timely fashion. We started with the roasted tomato flatbread, simple but absolutely delicious. My wife had the bacon-wrapped meatloaf and loved it. I had the seafood pasta that was perfect. The shrimp and especially the scallops were cooked to perfection. The portions were generous. The coconut cake was amazing for dessert. We normally try a different restaurant each evening that we are here in HHI, but I have a feeling that we will be back to Jane Bistro again this week. Five-star experience all the way around!

This was my favorite meal during our visit to HHI. I could eat the garlic shrimp appetizer every day of my life! It is so delicious, hearty, and cheesy. The perfect beach comfort food! The presentation was gorgeous with the floral garnishes. Also had the mahi and it was delicious. The ambiance is very classy and relaxed. Loved the modern coastal vibe. Highly recommend.
