It’s Veterans day, so I brought my husband out for a drink. He hardly leaves the house these days and I was excited to share a night with him.
Upon arrival he realized he did not have his ID, but a military ID that happened to be expired. (He is 32. Big bearded man.) We were refused service due to him not having a valid ID, which was totally understandable and respected until the bartender proceeded to laugh in his face saying “Happy veterans day though. Too bad.’
We are very understanding people, so being unable to serve us was no big deal, but the way that she treated a man that served this country in ways she cannot even fathom will keep me from returning ever again.

We come there all the time but tonight (3/18/25), the bartender showed no interest in customer service, constantly complaining either about being sick or that she shouldnt be there. We waited 45 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 things of fries. The drinks had little to no alcohol in them and were half the size we’re used to. If she’s bartending, we will go elsewhere.

Jammers is a nice local bar! They have weekday food specials and happy hour! The bartenders are great and the customers are very friendly. They offer a great party deal with a 1/4 barrel of beer, buns, chips, plates, napkins. It’s super easy and convenient for gatherings!

Got the wrong beer, took longer to get our drinks than our appetizers. When we finally got our food. Was overcooked. Was told sorry we were busy. K how does that explain over cooked steaks. The bluegill was awesome, but overall would never go back. Not for the prices & the wait. They did comp some items, just not a good experience.

It’s a very casual laid back environment. The bartenders are attentive but do tend to cater more to their regulars.

Jammers is a typical Wisconsin bar. They have a small menu of food in addition to drinks. There is a smoking room, ATM, and they open early to accommodate third shift workers ending their shifts. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed.
