Unfortunately this food fell way short for me. The “hibachi” rice was flavorless. It’s basically minute rice with soy sauce. No eggs or onions. The steak and lobster was way overcooked despite me asking for it to be cooked medium rare. Two plates for $85.

Jamison’s Hibachi is a food truck in Crystal. I ordered the Boosie Trio and some birria tacos. Boosie trio is great, shrimp, steak, and chicken with fried rice. The birria tacos were solid too. I will need to try the birria grilled cheese on the menu next time. Quality food here.

I got the birria tacos at the food truck it took pretty much an hour. Lady was rude when I asked if they got my order kept saying it was being made yet people who ordered after me and got the same thing got theirs first. The meat was real salty not sure how they got Boosie to eat this trash.

recently ordered on doordash after having a positive experience with their food truck last summer. $2 per wingette that was over salted, literally sitting on a bed of seasoning. the hibachi rice tasted like minute rice, birria egg rolls were good but super greasy. overall not worth the 2+ hour wait and $80

We had Jamison’s Hibachi Food Truck out in our company parking lot. My coworkers ordered the Steak Hibachi and I ordered the Shrimp Hibachi, with extra yum yum sauce on the side. Everything was phenomenal! They have a large menu selection for a food truck (burritos, tacos, egg rolls, sandwich, even Lamb Chops). I hope I get another opportunity to try the other food items in the future. Service was fast and friendly considering it’s “Hibachi”. Shrimp was generous in size and cooked to perfection in my opinion. Lots of flavor!

Food trucks should be about decent food, but quickly, especially for the prices charged. The food was slightly above meh, but service was slow and with an attitude… and that was just to order. After ordering it took over an hour to get a burrito, which I settled on because they were out of my first choice.
Unless you like standing around listening to generators, don’t bother stopping at the food truck.

I was there for the lil boosie trio and tipped them too. And waited hour forty five minutes. Until the buzzers red light quit blinking and never got my order. I told him to keep the money. If you plan on actually getting something to eat this is definitely not the place to go. It was my first time going there too.
