Went on “prime rib” night, you would think since it’s the Special for the night it would be fresh. Well, that was not the case…Cold and tough! No Au Jus. Hospital food would be better! Very sad to state best steakhouse in Sun City. Only reason it’s not false advertising is because it’s the ONLY steakhouse in Sun City. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR PRIME RIB..DISGUSTING. Go to the British Open Pub. At least there on Prime Rib Night you get a FRESHLY made piece of Prime Rib. Embarrassed saying that Jameson’s is a restaurant where I live

We met a couple their for lunch to tell them about our experience with living in Sun City. The waitress kept bugging us so she could get off obviously. I thought that was very rude of her.

The service was non existent and the food was cold and tough even after sending it back three times. The waitress and us were so embarrassed we finally just eat it even though it was no better than a cheap buffet. Inconsistent seems to be the consensus but we will not go back which is sad because it’s so close and the view is nice.

Now if you do not go out to dinner often this might be a great experience. However, although prices are very reasonable the quality of the food and service is very inconsistant. It is not worthy of being considered your go to restaurant. Although there were a plethora of empty tables it took 10 minutes to be seated. One night a filet was prepared well and was very good. On the next visit it smelled and tasted like the use by date had come and gone. The server did not return to ask how our meals were. My wife ordered the sea bass and was delighted twice. The inconsistency prevents it from being a “go to sure thing” restaurant

The food was not good. Cold, untasty and undercooked tuna. The sides green beans and rice was cold and no taste. There were four of us and all had poor meals. Prime rib was undercooked, cold and very fatty. The drinks were not the ingredients that was advertised as well. The server was very nice but the service was average at best. Asked for water three times, ice two times and finally received it Sorry ,this was my first time trying here in a year that we have lived in Sun CIty but we will not be back.

Food was absolutely excellent. Service was slightly slow however, and the bar created a bit of noise in the restaurant area. Completely understandable but 4/5 stars would definitely eat here again. The veal Parmesan was superb.

I’ve been here several times for lunch and am planning to go for dinner. I enjoy the atmosphere, great service and found the food to be very good. They make the soups from scratch. The prices seem reasonable and better than many local places I’ve been to.
