Normally, I like the place, but there’s been two or three times which is actually been about the last two or three times that I’ve been there that they either forget some of your food or The wings are not corrected because you order traditional and then they give you boneless. I mean it seems like it’s always something and I get that. We don’t have a lot of pizza places so maybe it’s a rush, but I just paid for mozzarella sticks, wings, and pizza and now I’m gonna eat cold food because I have to rush back up there to go get all the sides that go with mozzarella sticks and wings. … I don’t wanna spend $40 to eat cold food and then get told that they can’t give me a refund or offer to remake my food. I just expect them to do better when the manager is there he’s really nice and things get done but when he’s not there, everybody rushes and does a half ass job

First time eating here. We stopped in a a large family group after the train ride. We ordered 3 pizzas. It’s a good thing too because we all ate too much! Fresh toppings and the best crust. I never eat pizza crust. It is usually my dogs’ treats. It is a little doughy but not too much. It was busy in there with several groups of people. The staff were super nice and helpful. If you asked for it they got it for you even in the chaos. Oh and before I forget… the jalapeño ranch is amazing!! I can’t wait to come back.

This place is always amazing!! they are helpful with my clients always letting them take their time ordering and helping them decide on the best choices. Their employees are always friendly I recommend you his place to people when they ask about pizza places even if they are from outta town. Their food is always amazing zero complaints the salad bar is always fresh. It’s just a great friendly experience all around for us every time

Came in, they took my name and number, we ordered. I tipped 22%, which made our order $32 for just a medium pizza, cheese bread, and a drink. We weren’t given any number or estimate on time, nor a number.
So we sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. No one checked in on us, I got no texts. Other people behind us were getting their orders and it was steady, but not busy.
Around 45 minutes go by my boyfriend went up to the counter to ask for an ETA, only to be met with annoyance, but the lady at the counter checked the kitchen. She immediately came out with a half-warm pizza, which means it was just sitting around for a while, and sent us on our way. No apologies, no refund on the tip, no explanations.
Pizza was pretty good, but would have been better if it was fresh and hot. The toppings were spread somewhat haphazardly, but not the worst I’ve had.
For the price, we were expecting to actually get our food hot and be told when it was ready. Why even take my name and number if we need to come up to the counter to ask if it’s ready? We definitely won’t be coming back again.

James Gang Pizza is a popular local pizza restaurant in Lebanon, they put their own twist on pizza toppings, like the one my family ordered, the steak Pizza. The steak pizza is like nothing I had tried before and was delicious, but their cheesy bread on the other hand seemed like a small cheese pizza sliced long ways, which was interesting. The feeling here is racing and sports theme, had a game on the tv’s which was nice. The parking lot is small and has signs of which restaurant they are for, better off just parking across the street.

The best taco pizza! It is closest to a homemade dough because it is fresh made. James Gang offers the Holy Cow Pizza l, which is humongously delicious. They offer delivery and it’s always steaming hot. Inside the restaurant, there is a space to rent for birthday parties and choice of a pizza package can be purchased. They have games, a fresh salad bar, chicken, and fried potato wedges, sodas, and the best pizza in town. We are loyal customers.

Ever since they fired their former manager the service and food quality has gone way down hill. I stood at the register for a few minutes while two of their employees stood out in the lobby just talking and there was no customers in the building. One of the cooks from the kitchen came out to help me. Then one of the employees they where just standing there talking decided to come confront me for being impatient even though they had no other customers in the building. The owners should of never got rid of there other manager. Never going back! Wich is a shame cause I love there pizza.
