With ever-changing staff, this Jamba simply lacks professionalism and urgency. The location is prime for families and kids, yet they are always understaffed. Wait times can be 15 minutes for a drink or two depending.
This store also lacks luster. Seating is disorganized, never clean. Floors always have rubbish, glass has fingerprints, and the walls are bare. No media or paper products. The food display case is empty and so is the cooler. With so much business Im not sure why more effort isnt put into the shop by the franchise manager. I dont like to stop here unless I am in dire need of their Peanut Butter Chocolate Moo’d. But honestly there are newer, nicer, and faster locations just down the road.

Our family LOVES this location! Customer Service is absolutely SUPERB! Not sure what it is but our drinks always taste better when they make it! Jamba Stadium Mall Aiea is the BEST!

We have been here a few times since it opened and it is a clean and simple location. Not as large as other locations but convenient and fast. Parking is ample but generally taken up by Ice Palace and other businesses. Staff is knowledgeable , friendly and my orders came out right each time. I know how that sounds but you would be surprised. They even knew about seasonal items like Merry Berry which is discontinued but they were able to make it since it was renamed.

Aloha as soon as you walk in this JJ. Since I had a special request the staff went to deliberate lengths to explain the menu personally and made sure that I understood my options. This kind of service deserves nothing less than my 5 star rating. The place was squeeky clean and my drink came to me with a smile. I was politely asked if I needed anything else by two helpful employees. Just some photos, I answered.

This jamba juice always has the best acai bowls. Other jamba stores like Pearlridge and moanalua are always watery by the time i want to eat it. The kid that always works alone in the morning has good customer service and knows how to multitask. He always gets my Acai bowls right;)

I asked for my drink after I saw 7 customers’ drink were made when I know I ordered first before them, and Chad answered me that my order were online; is it worst to order it online because they won’t pay attention for it? That reason why I placed the order online was because it can be placed quicker seeing that they were busy making drinks, and I understand it was busy. After he made my drink, he didn’t even have it out and sat there for a while so I asked if I can have it and Chad said, “yeah.” It is disappointing that a word like “sorry” was not even by Chad or the girl.
