MAD MY FOOD HIT THE FLOOR B4 I. COULD SIT DOWN.

I know you’re looking and trying to figure out why a 2 star overall but 4+ stars on the others. I love the food here undoubtedly very good. The problem is their packaging of really oily food. Again I love the food but I just have no idea why they like paper bags for delivery. I dont order delivery often but everytime it’s been the floor that had the good meal and not me. I love this place enough to take the time out my day to experience my appreciation. I also want my meals to stop falling out the bottom of my bag as well. At the end of all of this I ended up calling a d telling the person on the phone and reordered. I’ve spent a total of 50 bucks lets see how the next delivery bag is. My advice never order delivery from this place and if you do and see a brown paper bag be sure to hold the bottom not the handles that’s made for you to hold the bag.

I am writing to share my profoundly disappointing experience during a recent visit to your establishment. From the moment I stepped through your doors, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, as I was completely overlooked and received no acknowledgement or greeting from your staff.

Upon reaching the counter to place my order, I was met with an immediate sense of urgency that felt less like efficiency and more like being rushed. The individual assisting me appeared to be in a hurry, pressing me to make my selections without allowing ample time to review the menu or even articulate my choices comfortably. This lack of patience made the ordering process feel transactional and impersonal, rather than a pleasant customer interaction.

Furthermore, I was taken aback when I was informed there would be an additional charge of one dollar for an extra plate – a request I consider to be a standard courtesy. This unexpected fee, combined with the earlier issues, significantly compounded my overall dissatisfaction.

Regrettably, the accumulation of these service deficiencies left a lasting negative impression. Based solely on the quality of customer interaction I received, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your restaurant to others. It is my firm belief that exceptional food should be complemented by equally exceptional service, and on this occasion, the latter was conspicuously absent.

The sweet, tender cabbage and beef Patty were my favorites. The beef Patty was spicy (for real lol-my throat omg). It was so good I wished I had ordered two. The oxtail was tender (not a lot of flavor), and had plenty of gravy included. Large size oxtail pictured. Mushy rice-I still ate it. The plantain was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Call your order in for pickup. There is no dining room. You will want to pickup and go-not hang out. $28 for everything. The service was not friendly but I expected that.

This is my first time here & the customer service was really good and I like how there prices already reflect the taxes so what u see is what it is. But now…this red snapper was AMAZING the rice and beans and cabbage ALL was seasoned DOWN‼️ i definitely will be back again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!! I ordered through doordash oxtails,coconut bread and island fried chicken. Somehow I submitted the order twice I wasn’t worried that means I have dinner for tomorrow. So 1st and foremost when I finally get my food it was one order and not 2 the coco bread was burnt the island friend chicken didnt have a drop of ginger gravy and the oxtails were dry as if they been sitting all day without any sauce or gravy. Lastly I tried to call they picked the phone wouldn’t say anything I called back I’m going to voicemail!! Seriously you blocked my number?!?!?!

My daughter loves Jamaican food so I decided to treat her the night before her birthday. The next day (which is her birthday) we both woke up in pain, throwing up, and using the bathroom endlessly. I tried to call and speak to management, they cared less about what happened. Thanks for ruining my daughter’s birthday with your rancid food Jamaica taste!

3)Required 4)Good 5)Bad etc.
I am currently a Trucker. Try not to buy food but have to at times. On the Road all week supplies have depleted. Delivery 4am completed went to sleep. Awake after breakfast time will have Lunch/dinner.
Remember Trucker Equipment is 65ft long.
So ordering online via Uber Eats is best.
Made my order very specific with NOTES.
To the OWNER of this Establishment.
1) Always try your best to satisfy your customers request. You do not know the customers situation.
Requested Separation of food. Not a hard request to comply with. The food is pit into the container one at a time. Read there response to my request.
2) You do not have what the Customer Ordered does not mean you give them what you have.
3) Very Shameful that a Jamaican Restaurant does not give plantains with meal and since menu said 2 Sides and my order only ask for Veggies.
4)All seasoning has SALT in it so been proactive to allow for that will reduce how SALTY you food will end up.
Curry Goat extremely Salty Pepper made it
very not Inedible.
5) COCO Bread wrapped in Foil
Hot food SWEATS in FOIL not good for bread becomes soft and soggy quickly .
6) I question the freshness of the MEAL

I was disappointed. I ordered a large curry chicken and the chicken was over cooked. It did not have enough curry spices to call it curry chicken. The rice didn’t taste good. The cabbage was good. Im not coming g back

I recently had to return food that was severely undercooked which is usually not the norm. The lady who worked up front and received my complaint on September 18th 2025 was very disrespectful. She responded in short snappy answers and vigorously tapped on the glass to show me the menu when she didn’t feel like answering me. It’s a shame that one person can change the image of an organization because the other workers are very nice and aren’t like this. I don’t think I’ll be going back there for now or until I see someone else up front. When it comes to feeding people good customer service is very important and mi love support mi people dem so mi very disappointed!
