The food was delicious and not to mention the service was impeccable. They really make you feel welcomed and not to mention on my first time going I got a 50% off coupon for my entire bill for the next time I come in. How delightful! Atmosphere side, even though it is great, The food is really where it shines. I have been through a lot of Indian restaurants in South Jersey, not all, but a lot. And this one so far definitely is the best. I haven’t had lentil dal anywhere as good as I did here. Also, the garlic naan is
to die for and some of the best I’ve ever had. An interesting thing that I have never seen before at any other Indian restaurant are these masala fries they have They are basically fries with onions, peppers, and masala seasoning and I never would’ve thought masala seasoning would go so good on fries. And of course, the mango lassi is sweet and definitely is worth it! The curry chicken is savory and tender and amazing. Overall, this place definitely deserves a 10 out of 10

We had a great experience at Jalsa Indian Kitchen. Derrick was very friendly, he took care of us and gave good recommendations on food.
We ordered Chicken Seekh kebab. It was very juicy and delicious, Tandoori kebab was ok in taste.
On entrees we ordered Railway Goat curry with Garlic naan and Tandoori roti. Curry was on little sweeter side. We ordered Biryani which was ok ok.
Overall we had a great experience will visit again!!

The atmosphere is fantastic. The service is top notch. Our server check on us the right amount of time and answred our questions with great knowledge. He accommodate our spicy preferences without hesitation. The Squash soup is the best that I have ever had . Both entree were delicious. I am coming back here with more people. I would recommend this place to everyone that likes to Indian food or anyone that want to have an adventure with new flavors and spices !

This is, simply put, the best Indian food in South Jersey. The flavors, the service, the presentation, the ambiance… it just doesn’t get better than this. I have been here for dinner three times and lunch also a few times, and the quality has been perfect every time. My favorite dishes are the chicken tikka masala, onion pakora, and paneer tikka. The soups also are amazing. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for authentic Indian, look no further! I only get takeout, which has never disappointed, although the inside of the restaurant feels like you’re in the community. I like a medium spice which creates a runny nose and heat on my tongue that keeps me going back for more! I double order the garlic naan because they always have deals (online, delivery) and it helps combat the heat. Next time I plan to get the mango drink, which would pair nicely with any heat!

Jalsa Indian Kitchen is, by far, one of the best Indian restaurants I dined at. The food was delicious. The service was top-notch.

Throughout the restaurant, one can find a variety of decorations, that add immense depth to his / her dining experience. In fact, the food decorations effectively created picture-worthy presentations. Attached are a few photos of my experience at Jalsa Indian Kitchen.

There weren’t any live events taking place, when I visited Jalsa Indian Kitchen. Jalsa periodically hosts live events and private parties. The manager gave me a tour of the restaurant’s offerings.

Based on the tour, I gathered that Jalsa Indian Kitchen’s sound system and lighting was stunning. These features would certainly create a memorable experience for all of the restaurant guests.

I look forward to visiting Jalsa Indian Kitchen in the future. I highly recommend that you host your next party at Jalsa or dine there. Have a blessed day.

Jalsa means celebration! A romantic interior with a movie screen background of breathtaking views of Asian Indian landscapes. Indian roots rythyms playing while you enjoy the aroma of lovely spices.

You will want to come back for more celebrating!
The North Indian Veg and Non Veg are amazing. If you like Naan or Chapati you will be mopping the sauces to your hearts delight.
Or just enjoy the delicate Jasmin rice.

The chickpeas, lamb, and korma were exquisite.
The mango lassi….perfect.
Did I mention the pistachio ice cream ?
Wow.
You need to visit Jalsa….

My friends and I were eager to try a new Indian fine cuisine restaurant in our area. I had met the owner of the restaurant the weekend before and he said that this is the best fine cuisine around. I told him that it would be difficult to impress me. Since I’ve eaten at many Indian restaurants. Anyway, he was right. This is the best an Indian food that I’ve ever eaten.

You must try the Indian spiced tomato soup. I asked for mild and it was extremely tasty and it still had enough spicy tang for a big bold flavor. I had Kadai Curry Chicken along with the longest grain white rice I’ve ever seen, delicious garlic naan, and hot chai tea. The food was fantastic. My two friends also loved their meals. They also feature a large selection of Roti Breads. I think my wife and I will try a Kashmiri Naan bread that almost sounds like desert with dried fruits and nuts, Malai Milk, coconut, and raisins. Yum! There’s also a great selection of deserts. Even their rice pudding is dressed up very nicely.

Give this place a try! Tell them Bob, Gary and Larry sent you.

Very fun atmosphere, service was great and my entree (chicken kadai)was cooked well and seasoned perfectly to my heat desire. (Medium) Unfortunately, our appetizer (chicken samosas) was still frozen in the center. They did swap it out with something else. Saffron tea was also quite delicious.
