This place Always hits the spot!! The food is always on point, never go wrong with tacos, tortas, burritos or a quesadilla. They have all the condiments at a self serve option. Always clean and now they have desserts. Flan, cookies, 3 leches, cake pops!! Whenever you in Tulare stop by!!!

Not a single complaint. By far one of the best taco trucks I’ve been to. Top 3 for sure. All the salsas were amazing too which is rare. Too bad I am only passing through or this would be my regular spot.

Got in to town late for work, didn’t see many open options on a Sunday after 10pm. But I was SO happy to find this place. I had the asada & pastor, both were amazing. Great seasoning not over cooked, the tortillas were cooked to perfection. Next time I’m in town I’ll be back.

I stopped at Jalisco’s for dinner after a long day of meetings and then a drive.
Typically I don’t visit taco trucks for dinner since it’s a lunch thing in my mind but when I’m in Cali, tacos are always on tap.
I had a plate of tacos consisting of pastor, asada, cabesa and chorizo. All were excellent, 5/5
The atmosphere was food truck with picnic tables. Nothing extravagant, excellent 3/5
No bathrooms, so no comment there
The restaurant is a food truck with outdoor seating. The staff is first rate. 4/5 on both
The food was excellent and the portions were good. I felt it was a good value considering.

Mt tacos had no flavor. Buche and cabeza. My son had asada and he said it was good. I did like the selection from the salsa bar though. Red, green, Pico de Gallo, corolla con habanero and guacamole. Self serve there. But, the star of my tacos was the Carnes and they were disappointing. I tried this place about a year ago and the same thing. The tacos look good but no flavor.
The Agua de pepino was good. A little sweet but good.

Our 3rd time here and the food is always fresh along with quick service. This is officially our normal stop when we are in town or if we want to take a drive, it’s totally worth it! We come out of the lemoore area just for their food!

Nice set up and clean, too. I love their $1.25 asada tacos. And the tortas they serve, so good! I wonder if they use butter on the bread because it is simply scrumptious. Not dry at all. I’ve never seen a taco truck offer whole beans as a condiment. Genius!

Cool spot with great food to eat after a late night of work or on the weekend. It’s open for a good while so I’m usually able to grab a nice bite after work on my way home.

This is a permanent food truck outside of a gas station with parking on the street. Prices are really good for the price. Got a burrito and a side of rice and beans. The rice seemed a bit dry/old. The beans didn’t seem to be overall great either. The burrito (with carne asada) was both huge and good. They have some outdoor seating if you want to “eat in”. The little menu they have by the food truck is very limited and basic. The service was fast and the employees were not unwelcoming but they were not overly welcoming either. I would recommend it as an option to try, especially after many of the other places have closed down. It is better than chain restaurants!
