The service was awful. Came to get our drink order. Waited almost 10 minutes to take our food order. Never got a refill. Only 3 trips 2 to take order 1 to bring order. My eggs were over cooked. Waitresses did have loud conversation about a game they were playing

So I walk in for my first time, I noticed a sight that read, “please wait to be seated.” So I waited and waited and waited…. The sad part was that at least two waitress saw me and didn’t bother. So after like 11 minutes I asked . Finally was told to sit wherever I pleased. That first impression dropped there score.

Got home to sit down and eat an noticed they gave me nothing but pansa so I went back to get homney and more bread because they only give you one slice for a 32oz
And she made me pay for it an I asked if at least can I have that since I had went all the way home and had to go all they way back and she looked at me stupid an still rang me up
Very poor customer service and rude !!!! And food was not tasty to be goin through all that
If it were good than I wouldn’t have mind but it was disgusting no flavor

I am leaving this review because I have read many reviews like the experience I have had many times! I wanted to let everyone know that yes the waitresses do overcharge. And they do add gratuity when they want to. But the way to get around this I have found out is to order online as a pick up. I use Uber eats. The prices are the same as the menu and you don’t have to deal with the overcharging. When you do go to pick up your food, you will have to wait because it will never be ready on time. Please take my advice and when you order from this place do a pick up order and pay for it online. So you will not get ripped off by this restaurant. Food is pretty good. I stick to what I know.

Food and way below par level. Nothing special at all food fill the stomach. Can not even cut the enchilada. It is too hard. This is my second time here and the same… The salsa is really good and has a kick… If you want really good Mexican go to Mamasita’s Mexican Grill….

Unfortunately, this is not the best I have had. When we got here we were seated, ordered our drinks and food. We ordered tea and when it was time for refills they said they had no more tea. I’m like ok but then we are eating and the staff start putting up the chairs around us. Now mind you there is still a good hour till closing and the waitress after we paid our bill was like. Thank you goodbye haha I know if it was my business I would want to know.
