Hands down my favorite restaurant ever. This place is a good 2 hrs from my house, so any time I find a reason to be near Oxford, especially after hiking, I come here. The food is always fresh, the staff is always attentive, the atmosphere is cozy. I have brought several friends and family with me over the years so they can experience it, too. My favorite dishes are the Molcajete and the tacos de la lengua…. but everything I have eaten has been delicious.

Y’all!!! I don’t just love Mexican food all the time! I am usually the one debbie downer that doesn’t choose it when we take a group vote. However…this is my favorite restaurant hands down!!!! I will always be up for Jalisco’s! My 3 favorite dishes are the STREET TACOS, STEAK AND SHRIMP (the steak is soooo tender) and the FLAMING CHEESE!!! Nice atmosphere. Food was good. Nice portion sizes. The guacamole with chips was the best appetizer. Only four stars because the salsa could have been way better. It didn’t taste homemade. We had a nice time .

Anywhere you find a 4.8 or better stars attention should be paid. It means it’s a good place. This is a GREAT place. Absolutely fantastic authentic Mexican food. Street tacos are just like the taco trucks of Sanora. If you are debating where to get Mexican food in this town end the search. So good!!
