Very tasty, and very authentic. Little pricey, but also you get what you pay for. I got the burrito California shrimp, and the girlfriend got a combination fajita. Very pleased. This business has another location in lake city as well, so there’s plenty of opportunity to get some good grub

My husband & I were told that Jalisco had delicious food!This restaurant did not disappoint.Our waitress was the sweetest and she was also attentive.Such a good atmosphere and well rounded menu.We don’t go out often so when we do,great food makes us happy!Convenient parking area,very reasonable prices,clean bathrooms,big seating area and NICE staff.We will definitely make another trip to Carroll soon!!!

Good service, good food and drinks!! The owner Hugo makes sure he gets every table to thank people and make sure they’re having a good experience. The shrimp quesadilla, Beef chimichanga and seafood chimichanga were very good.

Jalisco is great! I was pleasantly surprised with their vegetarian options and loved every last bite of my meal. And the owner and staff are all super friendly. Make sure to get there early or make reservations – it fills up quick at dinner time.

The staff was friendly and efficient; prices reasonable and the food was great! We celebrated a birthday here and our Granddaughter enjoyed the staff singing to her. We’ll go back again!

Disappointed service tonight. Seated quickly, order taken quickly & served quickly & then had no one come to the table to see if I needed anything…no drink refills, had to two different waiters passing my table for “to go” containers. Asked for 2, first guy brought one. Had to ask a different waiter for the second container. Bill was not brought to the table. Restaurant not overly busy & staffing seemed adequate. First bad experience I’ve had there but it will be a while before I return.
