The food was delicious (I had the Enchiladas Supreme). The waitress was nice, and fun, great at giving order recommendations- she appeared to be very familiar with the menu. The restaurant vibe was nice, not super loud even though they were busy. No annoying TVs blaring with sports. It was a little difficult to find the building because their sign wasn’t lit up, and it’s in a strip center. We will most likely be back next year when we’re in Perry again!

In Middle Georgia there is a disparate contrast between authentic Mexican food and Americanized burrito ensembles catered towards Southern white families. And even in the Tex-Mex category we learned from this experience that there is a huge difference between decent Tex-Mex and… this restaurant.
Obviously authentic Mexican is so far away from this. We knew that. But good Tex-Mex with all the fixin’s is NOT even what we have here. Bare enchiladas attempting to be saved by some type of canned tomato sauce? Not a bean in sight? We payed for food we found tasteless and inedible.
If you like plain tortillas with cheese for “Taco Tuesday”, regularly serve Chef Boyardee at home and think mayonnaise is spicy; if you have twins named Huxley and Buxley, this might be your place. If you think even in-authentic Tex-Mex is “too much”, and you dislike seasoned meat, dislike vegetables, dislike food, and want ground beef wrapped in a tortilla to feel like you ate something “different” — you might be happy here.
If you’ve ever left Houston County, if you actually like authentic Mexican food and can appreciate decent Tex-Mex and margaritas… this is not the place. Staff is nice. They are catering to the demographic that doesn’t know how to cook and has no idea how to pronounce “pollo”.

ok so the first offense is the giant ai generated image on the front of the restaurant. If that isn’t an immediate turn off, then the food will make up for it. I ordered enchiladas, my sibling taco salad. Neither of us could finish it. the enchiladas had dry chicken, were cold in the center, and for god knows what reason substituted the red sauce for tomato sauce. the taco salad was just overall bad. steer clear of this one.

Very busy place. But the service is on point. And the prices are dirt cheap! My husband had a kids burger and fries because he doesn’t eat Mexican food. And he said it was good. The burger was well done but hey, we’re in a Mexican restaurant!
I had the beef burrito and beans and rice. My server accidentally put in a chicken burrito order, but that was ok. She was so very apologetic. And even gave me a free glass of wine for her mistake. The burrito was good. The beans were good. The rice was very bland. The chips and salsa were good. The salsa is a bit on the hot side but good. Anyway, you just can’t beat their super cheap prices!!!

Fresh food, good serving size. After we paid our bill, the waitress never came back to remove plates or fill up our water cups (we were sitting and talking for a bit) but outside of that, service was pretty good.
