Amazing tacos, large and filling. I love trying tacos at different places around the city and this was a great choice. Every place does their tacos a little different and here at Jalisco Express they did not disappoint. This salsa was different and I liked it.

Got a carryout order, two burritos. When I got home I discovered there was only one burrito in the bag. When I called them to tell them, they were aware I was shorted a burrito. They refused to refund the price of the burrito, and refused to deliver it. Their solution was for me to drive back (a 15 minute trip each way) or credit me for the burrito…but only if I came back within 2 days…
Not very friendly on the the phone, and wasn’t all that interested in taking care of a former loyal customer. And why should they? They got a nice tip, and $10 for food I never got…

The food is excellent. I got chicken tacos and a steak burrito and fries. Plus horchata. It was take out but I still tipped a couple bucks.

Food was completely flavorless but definitely priced like it had flavor. Waitress was also kind of just apathetic and very anti social. You’d be better off going to Taqueria El Perez. The food is WAY better and the patrons there dont make you feel like youre a bother.

So went in there the other day to get a steak burrito with extra meat. Three minutes after I ordered asked cashier to have my burrito cut in half . So when she told chef to cut in half, he shook his head as what would appear to be in frustration. Received burrito within a minute after that period took burrito home got set up and ready to eat. I started to unwrap burrito from the foil. Burrito look like it was dumped in Grease.Literally hands Covered in oil burrito dripping with grease. Took it back to get a refund. It took a little haggling, but I got My refund.

I ordered a birrah chimichanga burrito and a steak taco. I also ordered 1oz sizes of gauc and sour cream. 30$ with tip. I realized once I got home there wasn’t any sauce which comes with birrah.( please forgive if I’m not spelling right) but when I called it’s extra and was told I had to ask for. It comes with when I ordered else where. My nurse/sitter left and I’m not in position to run back out tonight. I asked if I can come tomorrow. Told no. Won’t be wasting money there any more. There’s a restaurant in Palos ..127th and ridge land that is better. Price point..quality..you’ll get your $$ worths!

It’s here it’s a taco place. It’s basic. But it’s a get what you pay for cheap taco place. It’s ok if it’s your thing. It’s at least clean. It’s like any other taco place. At least the service was nice. The people are cool there.

Ordered ribeye tacos for about 20 dollars for 3 with the taco dinner and got just a slab of over cooked shitty chewy meat that I had to literally rip out of the taco with my teeth and could barely chew it was so over done after I already had to wait almost 20 minutes for it. I could have ordered an actual quality ribeye and cooked it myself for less than half the price of this meat and I won’t be coming back, the nachos I ordered were also over done as hell and trash

Ive been coming here for 15 years great food @! normally great service..however today new young girl with horrible fake eye lashes and a big attitude ..pretty much ruined my attitude…Hopefully she won’t be there long..all the women here are very welcoming ..not this one
