It gets a little loud at times but it’s a great place to eat. Food was great had to wait quite a while to get a refill on our drinks , which is normally not an issue but has happened more than once.

Really hit or miss. Sadly been more of a miss lately. We order a lot through door dash. The Jalisco salad has been missing the cotija cheese and they forget to send the dressing (this has happened twice). They also forget to give you chips and salsa. The grilled chicken and steak was really overcooked today. Food quality seems good, just preparation and packaging issues.

I really enjoyed eating at Jalisco. The food was fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. The chips and salsa were great, and my birra tacos were cooked just right. I’d also reccomand getting the birra nachos! The people who work there were very nice and made me feel welcome. The restaurant was clean and had a warm, friendly feeling. I will definitely come back again soon!

Husband and I shared Texas fajitas. Very well done and delicious! Jalisco had been recommended by a dear friend. She was 100% correct! Enjoyed our meal very much! Wish I had taken a picture of the fried ice cream. It was both beautiful and so yummy! Will definitely return!

Portion size of the soft taco with ground beef and the shredded chicken burrito was not what I expected. Too small a portion! More of a kids size! I was going to post with a picture next to the size of a lemon, but am not able to! I usually order through Door Dash and have it delivered. Never a problem with Door Dash, but have been problems with Jalisco’s lately (ie; forgotten items.) Not sure if I want to continue to do business with them anymore.

I ordered the creamy chipotle burrito without the creamy chipotle cheese sauce. Not a fan of spicy. The food was disgusting. When advising the waitress she started the flavor is in the sauce. Who cooks meat without seasonings it. Will never eat there again. Waitress never refilled me drink.

Was really excited to go here and finally went with my aunt. She ordered a taco salad and i ordered a vegetable bowl. The waitress came back with something that looked like a fajita in a taco shell bowl which was nothing like the description and my aunt doesnt eat onion or bell pepper. When she pointed out the issue, the waitress had an attitude, walked off and came back several minutes later and took the plate. A man came back later and slide a taco salad that was mostly lettuce burying shredded chicken and a bunch of refried beans at the bottom. My aunt tasted it and couldn’t eat it. My poor vegetable bowl didn’t have the mushrooms or guacamole per my request, but it was NOT grilled vegetables. It tasted like thawed frozen bell pepper onion mix that was sauted, then put over a bunch of wilted lettuce, some black beans poured to one side and mushy rice on the other. The only seasoning was a lot of salt. Just mushy wet and salty. I ate as much a i could stomach, being that it cost almost $11… but i didn’t want to make myself sick.i mean it was soooo SALTY . So we both sat with full bowls of food and i guess the owner come over with the bill, didn’t ask how anything was,. Most restaurateurs are concerned when they see their food is untouched food… not this guy loll. Was in there for maybe 20min tops and most of that was spent waiting. i paid $27 and some change to fill their garbage can.
A few coworkers told this place was good… is there another restaurant in town named Jalisco and we went to the wrong one?? i was finessed out of money today . Back to the food truck in RM it is. I wish i took a pic of my aunt’s struggle taco salad. Here is my “vegetable bowl” loll

My daughter & I visit at least once a week, sometimes twice. The food is usually very good. I know they are understaffed at times so I don’t even complain when my order isn’t right. Portion size is good. The service is usually good, depending on the server. Sometimes it can be not-so-good but I don’t complain. During my most recent visit, I presented my discount card for a free cheese dip with the purchase of two entrees I had three entrees on my ticket. My server came back to the table & informed me that I would have to purchase two drinks to get the cheese dip free. I showed him what the card said and he repeated that I would have to get two drinks. Normally, my daughter orders tea but during this visit we all ordered water. The manager/owner came over and said that the offer was not printed correctly on the card and she asked that they be corrected. I think it is unlikely that they will reprint a fundraiser card. Anyway, the manager/owner took the cheese dip back since I wasn’t buying two drinks & didn’t wish to pay full price. I have encouraged so many people to try this restaurant and treated many people to dinner here. This most recent experience put a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t ask for my money back or complain when my order isn’t right and they made a big deal over cheese dip. I do not know if I will return to this restaurant any time soon or at all. They do have the best Mexican food in the area but customer service is very important to me.
