To sum my experience at this place ; they treat customers as if homeless people are standing in queue for their food. First we waited patiently waited in queue and when our turn came no one was their to take our order, at least 5 of their employees including manager were not pro active to take orders and rudely asked us to go back in queue. They did not even bother to apologize. The whole place feel like arrogant and rude service. Food quality has gone down as well. Ambiance is dirty, unorganized and chaotic. Will not go to this place again.

Jalebi Junction honestly makes the best Indian sweets around these parts. Fresh jalebi, ladoos, barfi, gulab jamun…they’ve got a bit of everything, including some salty snacks. They do special orders on food too and serve all day during weekends. The spouse and I picked up some saag and shahi paneer this past weekend along with some fresh pakoras. All very tasty! They will happily give you samples of sweets and chai is complimentary, yay! And it’s good masala chai, not the watered down stuff. The owners of the place are really nice and hospitable. Don’t expect a restaurant when you’re looking for this place. It’s strictly pick-up/to-go from their counter and is literally a hole in the wall. It’s on the south side of Saticoy just east of Canoga. You’ll see the sign Jalebi Junction/Baba Sweets.

This place has one of the worst customer service!! They have no respect for people standing in line .Their family waves their friends ahead of line to serve them . Let’s not even talk about hygiene at this place. I’m surprised so many people eat at this filthy place.
