First timer… perhaps last timer here….I must be getting poor, $7.00 for a Gordita
Was insane to me.., $15 Super Burrito was descent but not big enough for that price , $4.50 for a bottle of coke…. Total ran up to $28.76. Waited 30 minutes if I knew this I would have gone to the Mezcal Family Restaurant next door ,insane price for a lunch truck.., the food is good authentic Mexican food so it’s not all bad just a heads up…. Lil salty asada taste

This little spot off the highway FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. Their tacos are phenomenal, and the house made salsas are…. You. Guys. Insanely good.
Adorable little outdoor seating area that is dog friendly.

Delicious Mexican street food! It’s more than just a food truck. Outdoor seating, two air conditioned trailers with more seating, two trucks serving food during busy hours. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

Fantastic little Mexican food truck! Very authentic and delicious. I enjoyed everything quite a bit and the food came out quickly. The girl who took my order was very nice and helped me pick the best item to try.
Edit 7/1/2023: I cannot recommend this place enough. They are freaking fantastic and I love everything I try. If I could come back here every single day, I would. I try a new item every time and they just keep getting better and better.

Here’s authentic Mexican food truck. The amount of items on the menu are endless. People waiting in line rave about what they’ve had and are excited with anticipation to try new items. Multiple visits are required to try the wide variety of dishes. I ordered the California burrito. The size of the burrito is average. The tortilla is fresh and toasted to perfection. Inside you’ll find Carne Asada, french fries guacamole, refried beans, onion, and cilantro. While a traditional California burrito does not typically include refried beans. It was a welcome edition. I wish there was sour cream inside as well. Finally a California burrito in Colorado that uses french fries instead of potatoes. This authentic food truck in Grand Junction is a must try. As I found with many authentic food trucks, it is off the beaten path, away from town, next to a community with double wide homes. Friendly staff. Authentic Mexican cuisine. I can’t wait to try the breakfast burrito next time.

I love finding great tacos, and this place has them! The service was friendly and quick (they even complimented me on my mediocre Spanish). I had birria, carnitas and adobada tacos, and all were great. Their homemade hot sauces were really spicy and had excellent flavor. I would recommend a stop to anyone in the area or those driving through.

The BEST (cheat) EATS in Grand Junction!!! When a Latino gentleman (customer) gave us a thumbs up after we ordered the tacos, we knew it was going to be an amazing meal… and it was. We ordered four of the Birria and four of the (plain) tacos with adobada pork and were just blown away by the flavor. This was the best meal of our entire Colorado trip.
