I’ve never had a problem with Jalapeños before. In fact, they have been wonderful in the past. Unfortunately, tonight, I ordered quite a bit through DoorDash. The burritos were cold and the guacamole is old. I’ve tried calling the restaurant multiple times. They are not answering. The one time they answered they put me on hold so long. I had to hang up and call back. They’re still open for another half an hour I just want to give them some honest feedback and let them know they should check the date on the guacamole. I’m throwing it in the garbage. Between calling Doordash, calling the restaurant, and having to dissect the burrito to try to reheat it after scraping off the guac on the inside, it has now been nearly 1 hour since my food has been delivered, and I still have not been able to sit down and eat. After this much of a hassle, I’ve completely lost my appetite. I’m at a $50 loss.

This place is awesome. They have huge portions at a great price, and the food is tasty good. It is like fast food without being fast food. The service is always good, and they have options to order in the app, and on door dash for pickup or delivery.

Wasn’t impressed on the beef tacos, but the salsa was good and the portions are huge. I’d say it’s a major improvement over the Taco Time that used to be here. Not long wait on food.

Worst Mexican food and I gave it a second chance. The taco salad No Lettuce, Cold beans, and small amout of chicken and a stale Shell, Taco discusting, and a #4 meal that you had to prepare yourself while driving down the road. 35 dollars for food that got thrown in the garbage. My fault for not going to taco bell. At least everything would have been warm and I would have had some Lettuce to go with my beans on a taco salad.

Accidentally came in right before closing and the staff were the most kind and hospitable people. Honestly they always are, but it struck me this time how kind they were when so many other staff at other businesses would be awful in the same situation. They even pointed out where we could save money with a special. Great food great people.
