My husband and I are from out of town and he is super picky and wanted enchiladas so I picked this place at random and crossed my fingers. He absolutely loved his meal! He kept saying over and over how good his food was. He wanted one chicken and one beef enchilada and they accommodated his request. Also he will throw a fit if his food doesn’t burn his tongue and the food was still piping hot when we got back to our spot

I used to regular this place. Great family run business. One bad apple can spoil the whole barrel. The older women who seats, serves and rings you up turned nasty on me. It was a communication problem which she still to this day can’t get her brain around I guess. Never had this problem anywhere before even in Mainland Mexico in remote areas. I’ll never go back

The absolute rudest waitress and ridiculous prices. The chip bowl is tiny and high in the middle, so holds less chips, then they charge $2.50 for additional bowl. The atmosphere was awful because the waitress was so rude and cranky. When she asked if we were finished and we replied yes, she responded “good”. Go get $1 banquet frozen dinners. About the same quality of food.

Authentic, great traditional Mexican food, service with a smile…. and served piping hot is understated.
I’ve been a fan of Jalapenos for years. Lunch or dinner is terrific. Chips and salsa are always served. The hot corn chips are great and get better with house made salsa.
