We are from Texas and picky about Mexican food. We love a good TexMex Restaraunt. We were hesitant but decided to try and were pleasantly pleased. We haven’t had great Mexican food here in LA in 2 years. We’ve tried a couple other popular places down the road but were never satisfied. So glad we found this place. It will be a regular place. The cheese and chicken enchiladas were delicious! Came back another day and had chile relleno and crispy beef taco again delish!

At the busiest hours, the restaurant can be quite busy and noisy from all the patrons talking.
I personally was unbothered by this, but others may prefer to order to-go at busy hours. In my experience, lunch hours are less busy compared to dinner hours.

Wanted a good dinner before a long drive home. Found Jalapeños and decided to try it out-happy we did! It’s a smaller dine in area, but we walked right in with no wait. The service was very good. We ordered the chicken fajitas and verde enchiladas. Food came out super fast and the tasted great! Highly recommend the stop!

Fajita chicken salad was great. Fresh spinach and grilled chicken is a healthy choice. Everyone else in my group of 10 enjoyed their meal. Prices are very low compared to other places.

Being from Arizona, you can walk down any street, and someone’s Tia is selling tamales from her front yard. So, I’ll be honest and say that I have high expectations for Mexican food.
After eating here, I must say I was SUPER impressed. The aesthetics and atmosphere were wonderful. The bathrooms were super clean. And the food was top notch! I DEFINITELY recommend. 10/10! **Photo is the steak chimichanga.
