My daughter flew into town to join us for a week’s vacation and after arriving we went here for dinner. The food was amazing, everything from the freshly made chips and salsa to the huge portions of dinner entrees. Our orders came out very quickly and piping hot. The food was absolutely delicious, as was the service. We would very highly recommend to everyone who loves authentic Mexican food. We took home as much as we ate!

This Mexican restaurant absolutely lived up to their name! When we sat down, we were presentented with not only a spicy salsa but an avocado salsa dip as well. *Disclaimer- IT IS SPICY! Spicy and delicious! We then ordered our main courses, which were the loaded fajitas and smothered chicken. Both were incredible. The fajitas came with a side of beans (pinto, I think) that were to die for! Surprisingly, they were the star of the meal for me! The service was outstanding and we will be stopping by again before heading home!

This place was great!
Come in, seat yourself and order some great food! I opted for the Molcajete! It was hot from the first bite to the last.
My only suggestion is it would have been nice to have ambient music playing while we ate. Except for the conversations and restaurant noise, it was kind of quiet. I’m not a real fan of hearing myself or others chew.
Did I mention the Molcajete was awesome?!

The servings are huge and the food was great! Quick service, but a little bit of a language barrier. One of the people in our party had a question and he tried to just ask an employee who did not understand, but rather than get our waitress, she just went about her business. Not a huge deal, but kept the service from getting 5 stars.

Food was great and so was the service… Just wasn’t too happy to know that when we asked for a refill on our drink (horchata) they said we would have to pay for another one. Usually when we went there, it was free refills and also the same for the rest of the Mexican restaurants we go to. That just took me by surprise, but other than that, everything was great.

The food was ok, definitely not the greatest I have had. Looked great. I asked the waitress what beers they had and she started to list coke products. Had to go to the bar myself and see what they had. My wife got a mango margarita and it more or less was mango juice with ice. Couldn’t taste the tequila at all. This place needs some improvement.

My husband and I recently ate here for brunch. This was not our first time here, however, I’m not sure we’ll be back. We had ants crawling on our table and on the window sill that we were sitting next to. Also, the food wasn’t as good as I remember and I felt a little bit queasy during the night. Sorry the not so nice review, but it’s true.

Ordered enchilada plates and got this. Very watered down beans to fill the plates surrounding our enchiladas. If I would have known that, I would have ordered enchiladas a la cart, because they apparently ran out of rice, and stretched the beans. I didn’t touch the beans and ate the enchiladas I let them know I only ate enchiladas, they would not comp any part of the meal. I had to walk up to the watress to get a refill. I understand things happen but to pay full price for a plate… and not get what was advertised is not cool. I would have sent back the plates but food took so long I was sure they would have just comped a few dollars on the plate… nope.
