Most likely family owned, so the service is amazing, they clearly value quality in the food that’s for sure! I split a carne asada burrito with my dad and I went home satisfied and not hungry. Very good atmosphere overall and very family oriented, I’ll definitely be comming back.

Let’s talk about tortillas. I am not sure if they are free or where they get them from but these tortillas are the perfect blend of chewy texture and flavor. That being said the breakfast burritos we got were outright delicious. They also had a salsa bar. The staff were friendly, the place was clean. You order and sit and they call you when the food is ready. You can also get it to go or go though the drive through. Is it off a gas station? Yes, but you know they say don’t judge the book by its cover. I would definitely go back. And I would highly suggest this place if you are in the area. Would be a great crag lunch too!

Where do I start? The girl at the counter barely spoke English..She was eating up front when she took our order. The ice machine was empty and I let her know and she ignored filling it until she was eating and acted like she didn’t care. She was on her phone while we were checking out. They started cleaning up at 8:30pm and put the mats up where people would put their trays. The restaurant became full and the other girl was already starting to put away the salsas. The food was totally mid. I wouldn’t say it was bad, just run if the mill with nothing unique. Just not a good experience at all. Would not recommend when there are so much other places in town that do it well. This was my first time here…. And sadly my last

I have lived here for decades and driven by this place so many times and never stopped in. I used to go to another Taqueria on Bluff just up the road but their food went downhill.

I stopped in here and it was great! Salsa bar was good and what you would expect in a Taqueria. Service was pretty fast with the amount of people in there, we showed up right during lunch time. For what I paid I feel the price was fair for the portion sizes.

After this experience I will be back! I have a list of other items on the menu I need to try.

So is this place under new ownership? The last few times I have gone the food was terrible and the orders weren’t correct. I came in today during slow hours and ordered a carne asada burrito and added beans and rice INSIDE the burrito, no Guac.

No beans, no rice, no salsa, just meat. The burrito size was on par with Taco Bell, and the meat inside was so dried out it was basically dog food. You can’t charge people $15 for a burrito like that.

I wanted to love this place, the first few times were so good, but what happened?

Great great food like you used to love but can’t find any more. If they had a beer garden; it would be a dream

Update July 2017. WONDERFUL FOOD. My wife had fish tacos and I had #4 combo plate. Free chips and salsa. GREAT ! See new images. M.

Just no…we ordered, sat and waited for 20 minutes, asked about our order, and they couldn’t find it. The person taking the orders stood with a blank stare as we were ordering … couldn’t remember that we ordered at all. The other workers behind the counter seemed great though and other people seemed happy with their food.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years even back when they first moved into the gas station and had a different name. The food used to be amazing, which is why I kept coming back. But lately, things have really gone downhill. The portion sizes have shrunk drastically, and at the same time, the prices have gone up. It just doesn’t make sense to charge more and give less.

I paid nearly $30 for three burritos that were disappointingly small closer in size to something you’d get at Taco Bell. My burrito tonight was mostly avocado and barely had any meat at all. It left me wondering if there’s been a change in ownership or management because this isn’t the same quality I used to love.

It’s really disappointing to say, but I won’t be coming back and I won’t be recommending this place anymore either.

Consistently opens when they feel like it as well as closes. Foods also just as inconsistent as their hours. Alvaros across the street is more consistent and always open when they say they are. Dont go out of your way for here unless you happen to be getting gas.

I recently moved near this place so I came and got a combo and it made me throw up but a few days later I gave it another shot. Got nachos and the cheese was cold not even melted and there was 2 different people’s hair in it. One short and one long hair. Will not be coming back.
