Yesterday was first time visiting this place. Place has cute rustic decor and ambience. Cocktail was good- I had mango margarita with tajin rim! Jalapeño poppers were awesome, very appetizing! My husband had swordfish- which was good too.The chips and salsa are complimentary. Definitely recommend this place.

To start off with the salsa verde is cool and refreshing. Multi color chips are very inviting with the color scheme of the restaurant. The golden margarita made with 1800 is very tasty and perfect. Shrimp Fajitas and Asados were prepared perfectly. I can get past the mask part. Only needed to wear to table so whatever.

I read comments and it was the ones that encouraged me to visit this “Mexican” restaurant. Now I understand that not everything you read is reality. What I ordered was not good or tasty at all, the lemonade was not natural, the place is not that clean and it looks and feels old. The place was messy and dirty. You can see from the comments I read that people don’t know what a good Mexican restaurant is in the US and I feel so sorry for them that this place is not what it should be. Apart from the high prices on most of their menu, or who wants to pay two crispy ground beef tortilla tacos (like Taco Bell) for $16.00? . I will never return to this place again and whether you decide to go or not, it is the only “Mexican” that is close by.

The outside is deceiving, don’t let it put you off. I went here for the first time last month and had the most delicious steak fajita , the best I ever had. Lots of tasty steak and yummy peppers and onions. I brought my leftovers home and enjoyed it just as much the next day. (04.07.2023)

The food was good. My issue is with what I was charged. I ordered 1 taco for 7.29 and 1 fajita dinner for 25.75 and was charged $45.85. By my math it should be 33.04 + tax. I asked twice why it was so much and she kept exsplaining but it just made no sence. If it really is $45.85 for 1 dinner and 1 taco, that’s just too much.

This is such a fun and kitschy place. Located on Route 1 at 40 North Main Street it has it all for a small and cozy place. An outside patio – an upstairs bar with a small dining and lounge area – and a lower level main dining area that’s loads of fun. They have a huge gringo menu and a large vegetarian menu, as well! Stop by for sure! Oh! They do take out too!!
