The fajita quesadilla was the best quesadilla I’ve ever had along with a frozen raspberry margarita. My waitress was also very attentive and sweet! I received my food and drink really quickly.

We made a random stop going from Atlanta to Houston, saw that this restaurant along the way, and that it was already well reviewed. We were surprised as Mississippi is not a place to think about, when searching for excellent Mexican cuisine. Highly recommend to locals and passerby’s, it will be worth the stop. Delicious food and friendly staff.

Service was amazing. The birria tacos were best I’ve ever had. The spicy salsa I requested was the perfect level of spicy… lips on fire. The quesadilla is a classic and tasted great. I did not expect the horchata to be massive but I wasn’t mad one bit since it was tasty. Will be coming back for more birria tacos.

My food, steak quesadilla, was very good. The large plate was filled and came with rice, beans, and Pico and sour cream. The service was excellent. The problem was the margaritas. I have never had a worse tasting drink than what was served. So, I recommend the food, but skip the margaritas.

One of the best Mexican restaurants on the coast. The waitress was very nice and the food proportions were huge for their price. The burrito was $13 and the taco salad was $10, and they were both way bigger than expected.

Tasty Mexican food . I had the express lunch with a beef enchilada, beef burrito and taco. My husband had the taco salad. The place was very clean and cozy. Generous portion sizes and an exceptional value. The chips were crispy and fresh, and the salsa was very tasty. I was a bit jealous of my husband’s salad, so I sampled a bite and the taste was amazing. Sadly, the customer service is sub-par. I think they are lacking servers. There was two types of music playing simultaneously, which made for a noisy atmosphere. They didn’t check on us (for refills) until we had finished our meal. Then there was an amusing, unfortunate event where a nearby table was served a skillet of fajitas, and smoke was billowing throughout the restaurant. The patrons were furiously fanning the smoke away and no one came over to assist them. I hope they will work to improve the customer experience because the food and value are great.

My husband & I are always looking for yummy, authentic Mexican Food. Jalapeño Grill surpassed our expectations, in more ways than one. The service was fast & friendly, the atmosphere is wonderful, & the food was DELICIOUS! We will be back.
