What a great spot! The location was so cool and had a fun atmosphere. You can drive in or boat in, and it has sweet outdoor seating on the water. Tuna tacos were amazing, and the OG burger did not disappoint.

We took the boat to Jake’s Place this weekend for lunch since they have plenty of slips around to dock and go in. The wings were delicious (not pictured but HIGHLY recommend) and the Shrimp tacos were perfect with a little spicy kick!

Pearls With Purpose
What an exceptional experience!!
Peanut butter, jalepeno jelly, smoked bacon, amazing cheese and cheese steamed veggies!!
Then add on a “flight sample” of jar desserts/ key lime pie, chocolate cookie and Milky Way heaven!!
But the best part? Our waitress was spot on super friendly, super confident and very engaging! She knew the menu inside and out and had great recommendations-//
Cannot go wrong with any menu item.

This will be our go to spot. It was perfect today. Service was quick and friendly. The burgers were freaking amazing. Having a nice view and a good drink… priceless.

We drove our rental boat to the restaurant Drifters but they were closed, a seasonal joint, so we were recommended Jake’s place. We arrived, the vibe was tuned in, but we had a little wait. 10 minutes or so.
Eventually seated, Chelsea served our bachelor party of 11 and after a short wait, were delivered our large order of orange crushes. Halfway through our drinks, lunch arrived, and unexpectedly, the food was also tuned in. For a lake side grill, everything was beautifully plated and top notch. Tacos were on point.
Definitely order the deep fried ravioli, they were a hit.
Our entire group got back on the boat raving about how great their food was.

Our fav restaurant on the lake and the reason is simple- our waitress Kelsey (we did not know her prior to eating here). She truly is the best at her job and so incredibly sweet.
I’ll never forget my son wearing a shirt that says “need money for dirt bikes” and she gave him some cash. She didn’t even know it was his birthday. I’ll never forget that.
We pray she is there next year & look forward to more burgers and wings.

We were excited to have dinner here but weren’t overly impressed – maybe we were there on an off night as everyone else seems to rave about the place.
The setting is very nice and we got seated right away. The table was sticky upon arrival and it took almost 10 minutes for our waitress to come over to take our drink order.
The food was okay, but nothing really stood out. Crab cakes were good, wings were good. Mushroom Swiss burger was bland and kids chicken tenders were fine. I had one drink. So for wings, crab cakes, burger, one kids meal and one drink… was over $100.
Service was just okay.
Overall, it was good and we would come back but we felt it was overpriced and service wasn’t quite what it should be.

This is not just some dockside bar and grill. The food is wonderful with a great selection and very moderately priced. We were there for a couple of meals while visiting my brother, Tom, at the campground. Kelsey was our server and she was friendly and very attentive. Thank you so much for a very nice time!

Talk about a great place, on the lake, to get some really good food. I don’t know how they make their burgers, but I would love to know because their fantastic. We were seated fast, service was extremely good, food came out fast, and everything everyone had tasted, tasted delicious. This is a must stop for any meal!
