Pretty great place! It’s a local small business which my family has enjoyed through out the years and will always support. They have some really great food.
They have pizza and fried items as well as some desserts. My favorite pizza here is the Jake’s Loaded Special and you can never go wrong with just about any of the fried items.
Delivery times can be a little slower during rush but it is always worth the wait. If there is a problem with your order just let them know and always be kind.

This is a place I’ve loved for years the quality is like no other pizza is more than fresh they load it up to the max, and on top of all of this it’s a local store. 10/10 would recommend for anyone to eat here. They also have really good wings 🙂

Ordered delivery. Asked for Diet Mountain Dew and was given regular. Ordered a loaded taco pizza and specified LIGHTLY COOKED, but got well done (cheese is very brown). Also order pineapple pizza with pepperoni to be cut in squares and it was cut into triangles instead… This place has absolutely gone down the toilet and we won’t be ordering from here again.

I see the biggest issue with Jakes is the delivery fee. I live in Oshkosh and any place I order from has a delivery fee and it does NOT go to their employees. I’ve asked them. The prices of ingredients have gone up and as a small business they could very well keep that money to help with costs. It’s worth it because their pizzas actually have plenty of toppings. They don’t skimp at all. We all tip our waitresses and they walk to your table from the kitchen, delivery drivers come to your home 10 minutes away. The convenience for you should be worth tipping. They go out in rain, snow and sleet when you don’t want to. Be grateful.

Jake’s is an Omro staple. I did not call ahead, I just popped in. They were very busy. I asked for 2 pints of ice cream with toppings. First time getting ice-cream. They took the time to add ice-cream, then toppings, ice-cream then topping ~ the result was wonderful. It made our evening. Thank you Jake’s Pizza- local

Definitely would not recommend Jake’s Pizza as they have the worst customer service. Ordered a pizza at 5:15 and all they said was, “see you soon.” 1.5 hours later and still no pizza. We tried calling for 20 minutes and the line was busy. Finally got through to someone so that we could cancel our order as we were hungry and decided to make other food. They said that the food just came out of the oven and that there was a “wait” which was never communicated to us. They said if we cancelled our order we would be taken off “the list” and not be able to place an order there and would not accept any future orders. Fine, good riddance. 0 out of 5 stars. Don’t eat here.
In response to the comment from the owner. No, we were never notified of any kind of wait. The person who answered the phone literally said, “see you soon.” No estimation of time or anything. If someone would have said there would be an hour and a half wait that would have been totally fine. But there was nothing communicated. And instead of trying to make it right with the customer for future business, you tell them that they can’t order from you anymore?! Unreal… and No. We did not try to cancel orders multiple times in two weeks.. it was just this one time. The owner is clearly lying with the response to this review.

My husband and I ordered delivery on a Saturday night around 9 pm for our family. We ordered southwestern spuds, medium pepperoni pizza, and a large Cajun chicken pizza. Total everything cost under 30$. They delivered everything within 30 min. We live 12 min from the restaurant. The spuds were delicious. They are like a jalapeno popper except it’s inside a tater tot. The Cajun pizza was amazing too! The kids loved the pepperoni! They were very friendly and on time! I’d recommend them to anyone!

I have ordered here twice. The first time was great so I was a repeat customer. Tonight the wrong crust arrived. I ordered thick and got thin. I called them up and they fixed it without hesitation. The pizza got here quick (both times) and the person who delivered it was courteous (both times). Bottom line, I’ll still be a repeat customer. Thanks guys

Have ordered from Jake’s many times, they have good pizza. But tonight they did exceptional. The pizza looked and tasted amazing and delivery was speedy even though they were Saturday night busy. Awesome.

They got 2 stars because they were pretty quick with delivery- less than 30 minutes. However 2 super soggy sandwiches. I specifically asked for no peppers on the Philly cheese steak yeah loaded with peppers (the order ticket was written correctly philly- no GP) I never looked at a menu so I guess this part is on me because it does say what they use, but who loads an Italian meatball sub with black olives I travel all over the country and this is a first. That said it too was crunchy on top and mush on the bottom. The pizza is eh ok not the worst or the best. My biggest gripe is I’m a longhaul trucker and this order was intended to be 3-4 meals for instead it’s only 2 because those sandwiches went to to birds and critters
